Overseen by Kick It Out – formerly Let's Kick Racism Out of Football - the organisation was established in 1993. It works throughout the football, educational and community sectors to challenge racism and work for positive change. Its campaign are supported and funded by the game's governing bodies, including founding body the Professional Footballers Association (PFA), the FA Premier League, the Football Foundation and The Football Association.

The weeks of action have a strong community focus and play a role in celebrating diversity and inclusion. Starting on the 16th October, the week sees the game's biggest names stand alongside communities across the UK under the banner of 'One Game, One Community'. Grassroots clubs, schools, community groups and fans join the professional game in coming together in symbolic activities promoting inclusion.

This will help my criminal case against my sister now.  I need to get the ball rolling on getting the CT Scans I need from the injuries that were inflected by her in the attack.  Once the DA has all the medical, the case will proceed.  I have been putting this off but I need to get moving on this now since goal number one has been reached.  I need to set each of these actions as goals.  Once it's achieved, on to the next one.

Once the criminal case is over, I will be filing a civil suit against my sister.  I will also have to file against my father also.  It will be for his own good though.  Although I need to do this and it seems mean to sue an 80 year-old man, this will help him in the long run.  He will still have his beloved shore home in my name.  My sister will go bye-bye and I will make sure he is taken care properly with the best medical help I can find.  Mom said to me before she died, don't forget to take care of your dad.  I promised her I would and I don't ever go back on my word.

After everything my sister took from my father and her abusive treatment of me, she has hers coming.  It isn't so much about getting even.  It's more of being fair.

Dad's finances were not in the best shape.  Seems that dad took out loans against his home to "help his grandchildren."  My sister's husband was in jail but she was working at the time.  Because of her husband's drug usage over the years, she was about to lose the house over and over again.  Dad enabled my sister with his retirement money to live the so called "lifestyle" she was use to when her husband had a job and not doing drugs.  It wasn't for her children at all!  It was for her.  I was trying to take care of two homes, which he insisted on having open year round (the shore house in particular) and pay the mortgage, line of credit (which was maxed), a credit card which was max by fraud (wonder who?  Wachovia never did give me a straight answer), and another credit card that was in my dead mother's name - still being used.  Dad was wondering why the bill kept on going up and up every month (remember...my sister's "lifestyle."  It was at the point there was no savings left and he was living month to month on his pension and social security.  Great planning dad!  There were some months there wasn't enough for dad to pay so guess who paid the bill?  Yup, me.  Any thank yous...NEVER!

I cut the boyfriend off last summer.  He loaned the phone to his nephew.  $400 alone with overages one month! HELLO?  My sister and the boyfriend found no problem letting a retired 79 year-old man paying the bill until I raised hell!  The boyfriend finally paid the bill and that was that with his phone.

Dad gave up using his phone in May.  He is having trouble using the remote control for the television.  the deminsia is taking its toll on him.  So immediately, my sister gives the cell phone to the boyfriend.  They renew the contracts on the phones in June.  My dad had some major bills to pay in June, July and August so I ended up paying for the cell phones.  The boyfriend gave me money towards his phone, but from my sister? NOTHING!  Even after she attacked me the first time, I kept her phone on, for the sake of my father.  After the second, it was turned off.  I was charged $300 early cancellation fee (which is cheaper than keeping the phone dormant on the account at $9.99 a month.)  I'll swallow that...I was stupid to renew those phones in the first place.

Now here's the stunner....a text overage on my sister's phone last month of $300!!  I'm stuck paying and overage for her giving her phone to her kids (she doesn't have custody of one of them now) and letting them text away.  You know, even if things were all rosie and toasty between us, she still wouldn't pay the bill.  I did everything my dad asked me to do.  Not to press charges with the credit cards, keep the phone on for her and the boyfriend, not getting a PFA because of the kids...the kids...the kids!  Bullshit about the kids, IT'S ALL ABOUT HER!  WHAT ABOUT ME DAD?  WHAT ABOUT ME?  Why must I sacrifice everything in my life for that trailer park trash?  WHY?

I got that out of my system...now if I could get a collection going to pay this upcoming bill I'd feel even better....

I'm just a bit bummed that we're not having the hearing tomorrow.  I am ready.

I'm also thinking about a civil sue for the attack.  It happend in dad's summer home at the Jersey Shore.  She verbally and emotionally abused me the whole day prior to the attack.  My father, although has problems because of his age, didn't tell her to stop or to leave the house.  I tried to take the matter into my own hands to stop her from the abuse and the physcial attack happened.  I'm guessing that I can sue for my injuries.  My dad is siding with my sister, saying it's a private family matter.  I have to have surgery down the road for my injuries.  That's not a private family matter anymore.

And speaking of the family, my extend family is rallying to help me.  They are gravely concerned about what my sister has done to me and what she is doing to my dad.  We are working together on the elder abuse.  But my dad's feelings about me...I'm not so sure.  He is blaming me for what my sister did.  He always blamed me my whole life for things she did wrong.  I am all to happy to get him out of the situation, sell his home and get him into assisted living.  But I am not going back to taking care of him and living with him.  Been there, done that and what do I have to show for it?  Scares from my sister's abuse.

I did receive a very nice comment on my blog yesterday.  Thank You so very much.  I am going to try to post something everyday.  It does help me to get this out and to share it with others.

Let me get back to my Phillies game...they're winning and hopefully on their way to the playoffs for the second year in a row! :-)

FEP (Fluorinated ethylene propylene) is a fully fluorinated copolymer. Ce e de reținut este că aceste lucruri ți se pot întâmpla pur și simplu, peste noapte (sau peste câteva zile, ceea ce în termenii agenților economici e fix același lucru). Pot fi reduse toate cheltuielile legate de business,plus cele declarate, astfel: intretinerea propriului apartament, amortizarile si dobanzile legate de achizitionarea unui autoturism, o achizitie imobiliara etc. Se poate deduce si TVA-ul platit, contabilitatea se tine in partida simpla si se poate dispune de banii afacerii in orice moment.
Toate aceste avantaje, plus usurinta cu care se poate infiinta un PFA, transforma acest tip de afacere in noul trend in domeniul economic, deoarece schimbul dintre cele 2 parti are loc rapid si sigur, doar in baza unui contract de prestari servicii.

KalpanaVasudevan,managing trustee, People for Animals (PFA), Unit II, here has provided shelter to a number of animals and birds in her house and is determined to end cruelty meted out to them.

“There are strict laws in the Constitution forbidding cruelty to animals but people should

be made aware of them. PFA is talking to the authorities for a separate Police wing exclusively for animal welfare. It will surely make a difference,” she says.

According to her, an elephant begging for money is never a lovely sight. She had taken

action against a group that made an old and underfed elephant beg on Terumanallur-

Tirupur road. “Such practices can never be tolerated,” said Kalpana.

Horses too face a lot of hardships.Once having faithfully led their masters to victory in

races, they are abandonedwhen they growold. They roam around, and when they do not get enough food, they end up chewing pedestrian’s clothes and sometimes also harm people.

On stray dog ‘menace’, Kalpana says: “It’s due to unavailability of food. They are struggling to survive. That’s why they harm humans. I understand the need to control the population of dogs. But killing them is no solution.”

PFA is going to organise a programme in Coimbatore for controlling the growing population of dogs. Under the programme, pups and tough dogs (ferocious dogs) froma selected area will be removed and put for adoption.

The remaining dogswill be sterilized and given anti-rabies injection. She believes that this programme could help save 200 to 300 dogs a month.

On whom she holds close to heart, humans or animals, she said: “Ellame uyir thaan (all

are living beings). But the difference is that man can think and help himself, while animals cannot.”

“From a young age, children should be taught that harming animals is wrong. Parents

should encourage their kids to interact with animals. Teach them that like humans,

every animal has its own personality and character,” she said.

“One should not deny their freedom. If you want birds as pets in your house, tie a net

around the trees and keep theminside. Please, no cages.”

PFAunit II has about 300 volunteers around the city including college students. “Help is

just a call away. But we need more volunteers especially young.”

One issue faced is the lack of space to shelter the rescued animals. “Once, the horses which I rescued were tied around my house until I found an alternative. I’ve spoken to the authorities regarding the lack of space. It will be taken care of sometime,” she beams optimistically.

Kalpana shelters 30 street dogs in her house. “If you ever come across cruelty towards animals, just give me a call. If possible take a photo of it,” she says.

What is cruelty?

According to Prevention of Cruelty towards Animals (PCA) Act (11),(12): Cruelty isbeating, kicking, overriding, overdriving, overloading, torturing and causing unnecessary pain. Killing an animal amounts to cruelty and is a cognizable (the violator can be arrested) offence under Section 428 and 429 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

This year's New York Asian Film Festival offers an impeccable feast of critical hits and audience favorites from the Pacific coast. Runs: June 20th - July 13th

First up is a Japanese version of Meet Joe Black, with a similarly handsome lead (Takeshi!), but without the tedious pacing and the inconclusive dribble. Called Sweet Rain: The Accuracy of Death, it's separated into three acts, with each story exploring the relationship between the Reaper and his victims/patients. The embodiment of death being played by a gorgeous male actor demands that we take for granted a family-friendly equation between le petit mort and orgasm. With all the queasy S&M parts thrown out, it's hard not running towards the light at the end of the tunnel when Brad Pitt is there waiting for you. It reminds me of why Orpheus fell in love with Death and gave up on Eurydice, thanks Cocteau for the twisted romanticism.

The other film playing at the New York Asian Film Festival is Johnnie To's Sparrow, a G-rated ode to Hong Kong through the gauze of French New Wave-ness with pickpockets and con artists combing the streets. To's retrospective at the PFA will be the subject of a later retroactive post.

Since I don't really live in the area, I mind as well gush about other retrospectives I would not hesitate auctioning my soul for. Film Forum is importing the iconic Japanese actor (other than Toshiro Mifuni), Tatsuya Nakadai, for a limited run of his filmography, June 20 - August 7. And he's still alive, and doing a Q&A.

If anybody ask me for a list of my favorite actors, Tatsuya would be near the top. It was When a Woman Ascends the Stairs (Naruse, 1960) that introduced me to this boyish face, which lacks the delicate curves of Sessue Hayakawa and the jagged features of Mifune, defined solely by an almost perfect square and enhanced by the awkward contortions of his brows and lips. I wanted Mama-san to end up with her shy manager (played by Nakadai) and not with the businessman who would later abandon her. Why does this always happened to comfort women with the hearts of gold?

Even on the onset of his prolific career, a protean resilience separated him from his peers, as he donned and discarded one mask after another, somehow symptomatic of the 60s, a period where conventional Japanese masculinity had undergone a shift of confounding uncertainty. Was he supposed to be a hyper aggressive cipher of evil (Sword of Doom), a sacrificial martyr for institutional critique (Harakiri), or just an everyman getting extensive plastic surgery (Face of Another)?

Terrence Rafferty of the NY Times best sums up the strange appeal of Mr. Nakadai.

Whether Mr. Nakadai is portraying a man who is delighted by the life before his eyes or appalled by it, he never looks blasé, uninterested: he seems to exist in a state of constant surprise.

By 1985, when Kurosawa's Ran saturated the radar screen, everyone had forgotten that adolescent face behind the theatrical madness of Lord Hidetora, another mask among a series of others.

My personal pick: The Age of Assassins (Kihachi Okamoto, 1967), a wacky espionage romp starring Nakadai as the quintessential Hitchcockian "wrong man" on the run.

After celebrating a successful 12 months a Cornish market research company is continuing to push forward as it plans for further growth.

Bodmin-based PFA Research has recorded an increase in turnover of 15 per cent from January to December 2007.

And during that time the company has also made Unlocking Cornish Potential (UCP) graduate Martin Hockaday a permanent fixture.

“As the figures show the last year has been really good for us,” said PFA Research’s managing director, Robert Rush.

“It’s been busy and exciting, and we’ve worked on a real range of projects from small polls through to staff satisfaction surveys for county councils.

“The period has also seen us expand our area of work on a national scale, which has allowed us to bring Martin in permanently after a successful trial under UCP.

“He has come in and added real value to the business, as well as insight into data. With his background in social research and the way he can interpret the data he has helped us increase our core analytical competences, made us more competitive and helped us address a wider market.”

According to Robert the signs are there that 2008 will be another good year.

“Despite the murmur of difficult times ahead, we’re putting a lot of initiatives in place, such as flexible working, to make us even more competitive.

“We know that organisations that invest in research and plan for their business are more likely to work through uncertain times. I believe the plans we are making will allow us to increase our range of clients on both a local and national level.

“And with Martin’s addition to the team and his fantastic ability of analysing to data, this has allowed me greater flexibility to target new clients and grow the business even more.”

Alex Ferguson would be to blame if Manchester United do not win the title from here. He rested Tevez and Ronaldo and started with Nani and Anderson in the middle of the park with Rooney on his own. A tenth minute casualty was Vidic who caught Drogba's knee and it is reported that he lost a teeth and has got stitches on his lowe lip. It was all Chelsea in the first half and it ended with Ballack scoring off a wonderfully taken header. Carvalho's lapse in concentration meant Rooney got a free goal  to his credit. But he was the second casualty and I wonder if his hip injury is responsible for his poor performance in the last few matches. Even Ronaldo couldn't rescue a point as a penalty sealed the fate of  United hopes.

There were enough incidents in the match, like Drogba and Ballack arguing on who should take a free-kick and that incident involving Rio Ferdinand. But the biggest scuffle happened after the match when some of the United players got involved with the Chelsea staff.

PFA Player of the Year 1974-2007

1974 Norman Hunter - 'Bite yer legs' Hunter was a central defender for the feared Leeds United tean of the 1960s and 70s, he was also a member of the 1966 World Cup winning squad.

1975 Colin Todd- Currently manager of Randers FC, Todd won two Football League titles with Derby County in the 1970s, and was capped for England 27 times.

1976 Pat Jennings OBE- Former goalkeeper for Northern Ireland, Jennings played 119 games for his country. He played 1,000 top level games for clubs and even managed to score a goal in the 1967 Charity Shield.

1977 Andy Gray - Former Scotland striker, Andy Gray is now a football pundit for Sky Sports. He began his career with Dundee United before moving to Aston Villa, until Cristiano Ronaldo won in 2006-07, Gray was the only player to receive the PFA Young Player of the Year, and the Player of the year the following season.

1978 Peter Shilton OBE - England's most capped international player, Shilton earned 125 caps in goal for his country over 30 years. His career included eight clubs, three World Cups, two European Cup finals and over 1,000 competitive matches.

1979 Liam Brady - Former Ireland international, Brady is the current assistant manager of the Republic of Ireland senior team. He was a renowned midfielder with a notable left foot. He found success with Arsenal and Juventus and earned 72 international caps.

1980 Terry McDermott - Liverpool fan McDermott was initially overlooked by his local club and was signed to Newcastle in 1973. He met Liverpool in the 74 FA Cup final which Newcastle lost 3-0, but McDermott's dreams were fulfilled when six months later Liverpool manager Bob Paisley signed him to the Merseyside club.

1981 John Wark - John Wark was a defensive midfielder with an astonishing goals coring record - 165 over 22 years. He began his career at Ipswich, returned there after four years at Liverpool and finished his career there after a spell at Middlesbrough.

1982 Kevin Keegan - Kevin Keegan is widely regarded as one of the greatest English footballers - and the only one to be named European Footballer of the Year twice. He finished his playing career at Newcastle United where he is currently manager. He has also managed Fulham, Manchester City and the senior England team.

1983 Kenny Dalglish - Former Scottish international Kenny Dalglish is renowned for his success with both Celtic and Liverpool in the 1970s and 80s. He was the first player to win 100 caps for Scotland, and with 20 goals he shares the top scorer title with Dennis Law.

1984 Ian Rush - Welsh striker, Ian rush was well known for his partnership with Kenny Dalglish at Liverpool. He scored 254 goals over a 21-year career at eight different clubs: Chester, Liverpool, Juventus, Leeds, Newcastle, Sheffield, Wrexham and Sydney Olympic.

1985 Peter Reid - Peter Reid started his playing career in 1974 at Bolton, he also spent a number of years with Everton and Queens Park Rangers. He won 13 caps for England and was one of the players passed by Diego Maradona when he scored his second goal of the quarter-final of the same tournament.

1986 Gary Lineker - Former England striker Gary Lineker, scored 10 goals in two World Cups and is currently a sports broadcaster for the BBC. 1987 Clive Allen - Son of former Spurs forward Les Allen, Clive Allen enjoyed a career as a prolific goals corer at a number of clubs. He made big headlines in 1980 when as a teenager he was sold for £1.25 million.

1988 John Barnes -Former Liverpool player John Barnes was scouted by Watford as a schoolboy playing for non-league Sudbury Court - his signing fee was a set of kit. He is currently acting as a part-time scout in the Caribbean for Sunderland and is also a broadcaster channel Five.

1989 Mark Hughes - nicknamed 'Sparky', Mark Hughes is a former Wales international and currently manager of Blackburn Rovers. He played for a number of high profile clubs, most notable were his two spells at Manchester United during which he scored 119 goals.

1990 David Platt - a strong-running, free-scoring midfielder who enjoyed a successful career in the 80s and 90s. He had shown little promise as an international until he was taken off the bench against Belgium in the second round game and scored the goal to put England through to the quarter-finals.

1991 Mark Hughes - Before his retirement in 2002 Mark Hughes played for Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Southampton, Everton and Blackburn Rovers. His first managerial post was for the Welsh national side, he was appointed in 1999 and remained in the role for five years.

1992 Gary Pallister - Gary Pallister made up one half of one of the most notable defensive partner ships in English football at Manchester United with Steve Bruce. During his nine years at United, Pallister won three FA Cups, four Premier League titles, one League title and one Cup Winners' Cup.

1993 Paul McGrath - Paul McGrath's background of Irish and Nigerian saw him become one of the first Irish celebrities of a mixed-race background. He was a key defender for Manchester United, Aston Villa, Derby County and Sheffield United. He also earned 83 caps for Northern Ireland.

1994 Eric Cantona - Referred to as 'King Eric' by Manchester United fans, Cantona is praised for reviving the club - he put them back to their status as a footballing powerhouse. He is also remembered for an incident against Crystal Palace where, after being sent-off he launched a kung-fu kick against a Palace fan - he was banned from playing for nine months.

1995 Alan Shearer OBE - Alan Shearer became the world's most expensive footballer in 1996 when he was bought by Newcastle for £15 million. He was a huge success at Kevin Keegan's club scoring 25 goals in 31 games. Shearer still holds the Premier League goals coring record with 260.

1996 Les Ferdinand MBE - Les Ferdinand is a former England striker, and most remembered for his time at Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and Queens Park Rangers. He is the cousin of Premiership players Rio and Anton Ferdinand, and was the first player to score for six different Premier League clubs.

1997 Alan Shearer OBE - Alan Shearer made 63 appearances for England and scored 30 goals making him joint-fifth in the England all-time goals corers list with Nat Lofthouse and Tom Finney. He was named England captain for two years before he announced his retirement from international football after Euro 2000.

1998 Dennis Bergkamp - Widely regarded as one of the English Premier League's all-time greatest players Dennis Bergkamp played his best games as a support striker at Arsenal. In 2007 he was inducted into the English Football Hall of Fame - the first ever Dutch player to receive the honour.

1999 David Ginola - David Ginola, the former French international began his career in France with Toulon in 1985. He played with three other French clubs before signing for Newcastle United in 1995. After two years he moved to Tottenham and quickly became regarded as one of the best wingers of all time.

2000 Roy Keane - Current manager of Sunderland, the Irish midfielder has been hailed as one of the greatest players ever. He was noted for his aggressive and competitive style of play, an attitude which earned him the captains armband at Manchester United for eight years. He has been called Sunderland's saviour - the club was 23rd in the Championship when he took over, he has helped them climb their way back to the Premiership.

2001 Teddy Sheringham MBE - The veteran England international is currently playing at Colchester United but has enjoyed a prolific career which has seen him win almost every domestic honour - most notably the Treble with Manchester United. He was capped 51 times for the England senior team and scored 11 goals. After a 26-year career he announced this year that he will retire at the end of the 2007-08 campaign.

2002 Ruud van Nistelrooy - Currently playing with Real Madrid, van Nistelrooy holds the record at Manchester United for being the club's top scorer in European competition. He has also been the top scorer in three different European leagues as well as being the Champions League's top scorer in three different seasons.

2003 Thierry Henry - Renowned for his pace, goals coring and ability to create assists, the French striker is currently playing at FC Barcelona. He made his name as a world-class footballer after his move to Arsenal. He initially struggled with in the Premiership however, he emerged as Arsenal's top goals corer almost every season that he was there.

2004 Thierry Henry - Thierry Henry became Arsenal's all time leading scorer with 226 goals in all competitions. While under Arsene Wenger's leadership he won two league titles and three FA Cups. He was twice nominated for the FIFA World Player of the Year, and was named the Football Writers' Association Footballer of the Year three times. HE left Arsenal after eight years for a fee of £16.1 million.

2005 John Terry - Chelsea centre back John Terry has previously been voted best defender in the 2005 Champions League and was included in the FIFPro World XI for 2005, 2006 and 2007. He was also the only English player to make the all-star squad for the 2006 FIFA World Cup.

2006 Steven Gerrard - Liverpool's captain grew up as an Everton fan but is now nick-named 'Mr Liverpool'. He has been named European Midfielder of the Year, Premier League Most Valuable Player twice and UEFA Most Valuable Player. He has been nominated three times for the FIFA Player of the Year, in 2005, 2006 and 2007. On 5 February 2008, it was announced he had been voted by fans as the Nationwide England Player of the Year for 2007.

2007 Cristiano Ronaldo - This season's leading goals corer (28) Cristiano Ronaldo came third in the 2007 World Player of the Year. He is widely regarded as one of the most talented footballers of his generation. Actul normativ permite, posibilitatea solicitarii inregistrarii on-line pentru toate cele trei categorii: persoane fizice autorizate, intreprinderi individuale si familiale.
Certificatul de inregistrare, continand codul unic de inregistrare, devine documentul care atesta inregistrarea in registrul comertului, autorizarea functionarii, precum si luarea in evidenta de catre autoritatea fiscala competenta. Termenul de emitere al acestui document este de trei zile lucratoare de la primirea documentatiei complete.

Actul normativ permite asigurarea in sistemul public de pensii
Persoana fizica, titular al unei intreprinderi individuale, cat si persoanele din intreprinderea familiala, vor putea cumula si calitatea de salariat al unei terte persoane cu care colaboreaza pentru efectuarea unei activitati economice.
In plus, persoana fizica autorizata, intreprinzatorul persoana fizica titular al unei intreprinderi individuale cat si membrii unei interprinderi familiale vor fi asigurati in sistemul public de pensii si alte drepturi de asigurari sociale si vor avea dreptul de a fi asigurati in sistemul asigurarilor sociale de sanatate si al asigurarilor pentru somaj.

Micii intreprinzatori pot alege orice obiect de activitate din CAEN
Cele trei categorii de intreprinzatori pot avea orice obiect de activitate cuprins in codul CAEN, mai putin cele interzise prin legi speciale. Totodata, acestea pot tine contabilitatea in partida simpla, o procedura mai facila de tinere a contabilitati.
Mai mult, actul normativ sprijina micii intreprinzatori prin acordarea posibilitatii fiecarei primarii de a constitui si organiza birouri de asistenta si de reprezentare, prin reorganizarea activitatii de autorizare desfasurate in prezent.

Considering there are soooo many countries in the world, aiya... no.170 is not too bad also la... kolek ah?

But when I surveyed further, I found a few surprises in the ranking of FIFA. The country of Gabon (where the heck is this place? can anyone look it up in an atlas) is ranked 98. A war-ravaged country such as Iraq, where US occupation has entered its 5th anniversary, is ranked 70 - 100 rung above us! Can anyone imagine a country that virtually don't have any academies to nurture young players or perhaps worse, may be without any 'flat' playing field, can still be ranked so much higher than us.

Ok ok... dun compare ourselves with those supermen. They are not on same playing ground like us. Try to look for some nice & fair comparison among ASEAN countries. Same region. Adik beradik mah... Tinggi sama tinggi, 'panjang' sama 'panjang'... :) I was shocked to find that Vietnam (115), our small & supposely 'weak' neighbour Singapore (129) and Indonesia (132). Even Taiwan - where their national game is baseball and basketball is still ranked 1 rung above us @ 169!

Hey FIFA, are you sure you got it 'kolek' ah wif your ranking? Don't play play u know... Your ranking might create unrest & street demos in our country. I tried to call FIFA president to ask him for clarification but was told that the ranking was 'final'. Sigh... nampaknye I haf to accept the FACT. The FACT that Malaysian football has fallen oh so LOW! No. 170! Lower than hockey & cricket crazy country such as India (154) and Pakistan (161)!

I hope our FAM President is aware of this ranking. The Malaysian football is in FREE Fall! Something got to be done. But it seems that we got too many 'Sami Veboos' in the country who hold high posts regardless politically or socially. If you're not good enough, you JUST not good enuff! Just Do the Right Thing. Don't waste the time & money of the people by overstaying your tenure as head, chief, kepala, president, or watever post u can name. Over then 10 over years with 'him' as president of FAM, Malaysian fans have been singing 'London Bridge is Falling down...' about the national team. Can't we just be a bit professional by employing the kolek group of people to run these organisations?

I am ardent fan of footieball, be it EPL or Malaysian Super League. I used to support my Penang Panthers when they were realli good under Moey Yoke Ham. I even brought my wife who hated football very much to our proud City Stadium to cheer the team. But sadly, these were onli sweet memories. Today, Penang is languishing rock bottom of the table, suffering the same fate suffered by the national team. If we don't find a remedy fast enuff, to no.710 here we come!

Autorizarea este reglementata de catre Legea nr.300/2004 privind autorizarea persoanelor fizice si a asociatiilor familiale care desfasoara activitati economice in mod independent iar anumite aspecte procedurale sunt reglementate de Normele de aplicare ale acestei legi aprobate prin HG nr.1766/2004.

Pentru a obtine autorizarea trebuie indeplinite cateva conditii minime de catre persoanele respective:

a) au implinit varsta de 18 ani, in cazul persoanelor fizice ce solicita autorizarea pentru desfasurarea de activitati economice in mod independent

b) starea sanatatii le permite desfasurarea activitatii pentru care se solicita autorizatia;

c) au calificarea - pregatire profesionala sau, dupa caz, experienta profesionala -, necesara pentru a desfasura activitatea economica pentru care se solicita autorizatia;

d) nu au fost condamnate penal prin hotarare judecatoreasca ramasa definitiva pentru savarsirea de fapte sanctionate de legile financiare, vamale si cele care privesc disciplina financiar-fiscala de natura celor care se inscriu in cazierul fiscal;

e) indeplinesc conditiile de functionare prevazute de legislatia specifica in domeniul sanitar, sanitar-veterinar, protectiei mediului, protectiei muncii si apararii impotriva incendiilor si cerintele reglementarilor specifice protectiei consumatorului pentru activitatea desfasurata, precum si normele de calitate a produselor si serviciilor puse pe piata.

La birourile Primariilor, prin serviciile abilitate, se depune un dosar constituit dupa cele aratate mai jos.

Pentru constituirea dosarului trebuie completate o serie de cereri conform unor formulare standardizate care trebuie puse la dipozitie de catre Primarii.

Acestea sunt:

1. cerere de verificare disponibilitate si/sau rezervare denumire firma,

2. declaratie-tip pe propria raspundere privind indeplinirea conditiilor de functionare prevazute de legislatia specifica in domeniul sanitar, sanitar-veterinar, protectiei mediului, protectiei muncii si apararii impotriva incendiilor, precum si reglementarile specifice protectiei consumatorului pentru activitatea desfasurata si normele de calitate a produselor si serviciilor puse pe piata,

3. declaratie-tip de notorietate cu privire la abilitatea de a desfasura activitatea pentru care se solicita autorizarea, in cazul meseriilor traditionale si artizanale, eliberata de primarul localitatii respective in mod gratuit,

4. declaratie-tip pe propria raspundere autentificata, in cazul cetatenilor din statele membre ale Uniunii Europene si din Spatiul Economic European, neinregistrati fiscal in Romania, din care sa rezulte ca nu au datorii fiscale si ca nu au savarsit fapte de natura celor care se inscriu in cazierul fiscal, sanctionate de legile financiare, vamale si cele care privesc disciplina financiar-fiscala,

5.  cerere de autorizare,

6. dovada sediu (actele locuintei daca sediul coincide cu acesta)

7. acordul asociatiei de locatari daca sediul este in apartament de bloc.

Desigur nu toate sunt de interes pentru toti solictantii a se vedea mai ales punctele c si d.

De asemenea, trebuie facuta dovada platii unor taxe:

a) taxa de verificare a denumirii si de rezervare firma;

b) taxa de obtinere a cazierului fiscal;

c) taxa pentru emiterea autorizatiei, care include si taxele postale;

d) taxa pentru inregistrare in registrul comertului a autorizatiei;

e) comisionul pentru servicii oferite de oficiile registrului comertului in vederea obtinerii codului unic de inregistrare;

f) taxa de transmitere prin posta de la oficiile registrului comertului de pe langa tribunale catre primarii.

Dosarul trebuie completat si cu urmatoarele acte:

- copii de pe actele de identitate;

- in cazul desfasurarii activitatii in contextul dreptului de stabilire - actele din care sa rezulte domiciliul sau resedinta;

- certificatul medical pentru persoana fizica, prin care se atesta ca starea sanatatii le permite desfasurarea activitatii pentru care se solicita autorizatia, eliberat de medicul de familie sau de o unitate sanitara;

- autorizatie sanitara veterinara emisa de directia sanitar-veterinara si pentru siguranta alimentelor judeteana, respectiv a municipiului Bucuresti, pentru comertul cu ridicata al animalelor vii, comertul cu ridicata al carnii si produselor din carne, precum si pentru comertul cu ridicata al produselor lactate, oualor, uleiurilor si produselor comestibile;

- copii de pe documentele care dovedesc pregatirea profesionala sau, dupa caz, experienta profesionala, pentru desfasurarea activitatii pentru care se solicita autorizarea;

- in cazul in care pentru practicarea unor activitati economice, ocupatii sau meserii sunt prevazute, prin acte normative, cerinte de pregatire profesionala si/sau de atestare specifice, persoana fizica trebuie sa depuna dovada indeplinirii cerintelor respective.

- in cazul in care activitatea economica pentru care se solicita autorizarea nu necesita calificare, persoana fizica nu va prezenta dovada pregatirii sau experientei profesionale.

Experienta profesionala se poate dovedi cu:

1. diploma, certificatul sau adeverinta prin care se dovedeste absolvirea unei institutii de invatamant preuniversitar sau universitar;

2. certificatul de absolvire a unei forme de pregatire profesionala, organizata in conditiile legii in vigoare la data eliberarii acestuia;

3. certificatul de competenta profesionala, eliberat de institutiile abilitate conform legislatiei in vigoare;

4. cartea de mestesugar, obtinuta in conditiile prevazute de actele normative in vigoare la data eliberarii acesteia;

5. carnetul de munca al solicitantului, din care sa reiasa ca acesta a fost incadrat in munca pe o durata de minimum 2 ani in activitatea, meseria sau ocupatia pentru care se solicita autorizarea;

6. declaratie de notorietate cu privire la abilitatea de a desfasura activitatea pentru care se solicita autorizarea, eliberata de primarul localitatii respective in mod gratuit in cazul meseriilor traditionale artizanale;

7. autorizatia eliberata in conditiile Decretului-lege nr.54/1990 sau ale Legii nr.507/2002 (sunt actele normative in temeiul carora PFA functionau anterior Legii 300/2004) privind organizarea si desfasurarea unor activitati economice de catre persoane fizice, cu modificarile ulterioare;

8. alte dovezi care sa ateste experienta profesionala.

Cateva recomandari:

- alegeti firma cat mai original pentru ca altfel riscati sa fie deja rezervata si sa primiti un raspuns negativ la rezervare ade firma,

- domeniile de activitate care pot fi desfasurate ca PFA sunt chiar mai restranse decat cele care pot fi desfasurate de societatile comerciale. O lista a domeniilor de activitate se regaseste in Normnele metodologice cu amendamentul ca ele trebuie actualizate conform ordinului 337/2007 a Institului National de Statistica. De pilda o activitate ca inspector resurse umane nu se va regasi in aceasta lista si nici macar un domeniu apropiat. Depinde de dibacia fiecaruia de a gasi un domeniu care sa corespunda intentiilor fiecaruia. Sau poate fi reanalizata optiunea de a incepe o activitate sub forma PFA; poate infiintarea unei societati comerciale este mai potrivita.

- Manifestati rabdare. Autorizatia va fi eliberata ca urmare a conlucrarii mai multor institutii publice si inevitabil termenul nu poate fi foarte scurt.

Ca urmare a demersurilor dumneavoastra veti primi o autorizatie si un certificate de inregistrare de la Oficiul Registrului Comertului care va contine si codul fiscal atribuit.

Sol Campbell also believes things are out of hand:

"We can all take the booing or light banter, but when it gets to the realms of verbal abuse it's a bridge too far".

He also questioned whether this sort of abuse is an infringement of a player's human rights.

While you cannot condone some of the ridiculous abuse handed out to players on occasion (in my opinion the Ashley Cole/Arsenal situation went too far at the weekend), supporters pay a lot of money to watch these "superstars" who earn more in a week than they will in a year. If they think a certain player is a bit of a prat they have every right to say so.

On the day Manchester United defender Jonny Evans is arrested on rape allegations, and following incidents including Joey Barton putting a cigar out in a team-mate's eye and allegations of racially motivated assault in recent years (to name but two), I wonder who needs this protection more - footballers from the public or the public from footballers.
