In my quest to convert things over to Mac I have had to discover a new office suite. The four big choices are: MS Office for Mac, iWork, Open Office, and Neo Office. The latter two are free open source packages.

MS Office for Mac is out of the question. I do not like the latest release at all. (I am use to Office without the Ribbon toolbar, and I am not a real big fan of the new file format.)

Open Office is pretty cool. I use it on my PC as an MS Office replacement and I can get along with it pretty good. But, it just does not have a Mac-like feel at present. It has to load the "X11" tools in order to work.

Neo Office is just like Open Office. In fact it is built on Open Office. But, the big difference is that it does not require the "X11" tools in order to run. It is more Mac-like. The downside is that it is a few versions behind the Open Office version.

iWork, this is Mac's office. I purchased this package and have been getting use to it. It works and feels much different than the other packages. It comes with a word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation developer. I will more than likely only use the spreadsheet and word processor. Yes, it will read/write MS Office 2003 formats.

I suspect that I will check out Star Office when it finally becomes available for the Mac. It is suppose to be a native-looking Mac version. But, for now it looks like I will be using iWork. I am satisfied.

Open Source means free access and use of various media, including software, video, photos, clip art

Open Source means free access and use of various media, including software, video, photos, clip art, etc. Net purists I know believe very strongly in open source and free access to information and software. Many of these people refuse to use MS products whenever possible, including WIndows platforms, instead using open source platforms like Ubuntu (Linux), which are highly user friendly.

In class last week I had a very satisfying experience with open source software. Unable to open Sandra's power point presentation on my Macbook, my classmate Keith said, "Why don't you try Open Office?" OpenOffice is free to download and enables the use of MS products without the hefty price tag. Without any price tag, in fact, though donations are welcome.

After downloading OpenOffice, I was easily able to access the Power Point presentation. Yay for open source. I like the whole idea of open source. I find it mildly subversive and evens the playing field a little more. Regular people with a library card can put content online, meet people, find information, join a group interested in pretty much anything you can dream up, and share. Open source chips away at monopolies.

Personally, I find myself very, very reluctant to use web based applications that cost money. I would be willing if I were making money through them, but otherwise, I like the option of free, upgrade and by donation.

This blog is a another great example of open source software. People create widgets and plug ins that they allow others to download and use for free. Many provide support, otherwise support can be found through helpful other users. To me, this is the true spirit of the net, the free sharing of information, and information management systems, networking and building connections. It is the true global community.

I’ve really been feeling the Linux itch lately and with some extra time on my hands post surge

I've really been feeling the Linux itch lately and with some extra time on my hands post surgery, I finally did something about it.

My friend Dustin turned me on to the Wubi installer a while ago and this was the perfect time to give it a spin.

Wubi - Ubuntu Installer for Windows

From the site: "Wubi is an officially supported Ubuntu installer for Windows users that can bring you to the Linux world with a single click. Wubi allows you to install and uninstall Ubuntu as any other Windows application, in a simple and safe way."

From the get-go I am very impressed with wubi. Hands down the easiest linux install I've ever performed. The installer file creates a folder on your harddrive. You select the installation size, set a username and password and set the desktop environment.

Once you're done with these preliminary settings, the installer downloads the Ubuntu install files, adds an entry for in the boot.ini and then asks to reboot the system.

With the new boot.ini entry, you have the option during the boot process to boot into Window or Ubuntu. Select Ubuntu to finish the installation. This is where the process was really impressive for me. The installer creates an ext3 file system inside the Ubuntu folder created in your Windows install. Instead of having to partition out your hard drive, Ubuntu is installed into this folder and runs self-contained.

The installer must have a massive driver database as well. I run an HP Compaq 8710p laptop, and the install had all the drivers for this machine. Everything worked post install, wireless, video, sound. I didn't have to add any drivers.

It also has a good selection of pre-installed applications including Firefox 3, Open Office, audio and video applications and all the administrative tools you need for the o/s.

If there's a downside to Wubi, it's that you don't get any advanced configuration options during install. If you're a more advanced user and like to be in control of what gets installed and what doesn't, this isn't the install you're looking for. But, Wubi's purpose is to be a one-click solution to installing Linux on a Windows machine, and it works beautifully.

If at the end of your test drive, you decide that Linux isn't for you, simply boot back in to Windows, open up Add/Remove Programs and there's Ubuntu waiting in the list. Follow the usual uninstall procedure and it's gone.

If you've ever been curious about Linux, this is the best introduction out there. Give it a test drive.

I haven't posted yesterday, and will not) much today, because I'm having a sinusitis attack, where I'm having a good deal of difficulty breathing. That in addition to my one lung, and having to use a standup microphone that is not actually picking up my dictations very easily is making my posting a little bit difficult right now. However, I will be getting a new headset microphone as of today sometime. And once it's calibrated my speech dictation will be a great deal more accurate. Additionally, I don't expect the breathing situation where I am very reactive to my sinusitis condition to be continuing for very much longer.

So for the time being, I will table anymore entries into my headset microphone arrives later today. So that my speech to be more accurate and presentable for my journal. Additionally, I'm going to go back and lie down and try to get over whatever kind of head agitation, and/or sinusitis condition I'm having.

I’ve been having some rather severe sinusitis attacks over the past few days. What this

I've been having some rather severe sinusitis attacks over the past few days. What this is meant is that I haven't been able to sleep very well. As if I lie down, and that not being able to breathe hardly at all. Not only do have apnea, but in addition with one long, in sinusitis is really severe, breathing is sort of a challenge.

On the one hand, using the standup microphone is getting a lot easier with my Dragon NaturallySpeaking, because I am decreased the background noise tremendously. Consequently, the microphone is hearing me better. However, with speech programs. When you are using a standup microphone. You're talking about proximity and distance being more of a factor, in addition to your voice having to be more demonstrative. My new headset and microphone are supposed to come today. I expect that my speech programs would be a lot more accurate after I get that microphone have been calibrated. The one thing I can tell you as far as using speech programs, is that a regular plug-in microphone which plugs into the sound card doesn't seem to work as well as the USB microphone. The reason for this is when you're using a USB microphone it bypasses the sound card so it doesn't pick up any extraneous sounds when you're trying to do your dictation or record. But again, when you're using a standup microphone versus a headset, you have more possibilities of extraneous sounds affecting your dictation and thus making your dictation not be as accurate as you would like it to be.

That being said, my head is still bothering me so I'm going to go back and lie down again, and try to feel better. I'm going to continue all of my dialogs as soon as I get this microphone situation resolved. And that will be sometime today.

In other news, I have tested the new configuration of Windows XP several times today and it's working perfectly. I've had updated a couple of the drivers and so forth. But other than that it's working just fantastically.

I'm not going to give him a Microsoft Corporation. There is nobody him talking to now in the entire country who likes Windows Mr. regardless of any of the filthy lies and Microsoft wants to tell. There's no excuse for them to hating like this. Not at all. But with the microphone situation going on I'm going to hold off on any further commentary until the end result later today.

For now it may take some aspirin, and then just lie down and get my breathing to be a little bit easier.

End of line...

I've been spending most of the day rebuilding my computer system, after I had a rather severe registry crash. This happened because using Dragon NaturallySpeaking, you really can't use any kind of registry cleaner, or any of the cleaners for windows, that will in fact tamper with the temporary files. The temporary files are of course different than the temporary Internet files. So as a result, I have rebuilt my system and is now. Of course, back in healthy and working much better.

However I did want to explain why was not here yesterday during the day. That was the reason why. It's now 1:30 a.m., and I'm going to go ahead and get a few hours sleep. I've been working almost nonstop since yesterday at around 3:30 a.m.. So I think I'm a bit tired. And I'm going to go ahead and catch a few hours sleep and then I'll come back. I will have a lot to say about Microsoft Windows, especially Windows XP, versus Microsoft windows XP media Center edition. There are some subtle differences that I think I would like to elaborate on. In addition there are some changes that have been made between XP service pack 2, and XP service pack 3, which also needs some explanation. Common.

But for now, I'm just going to go ahead and curl up and catch a little bit of rest. And then I'll be back.

Sveriges kommuner ser i alla fall stora pengar att spara in i framtiden.

To begin with, something that may not be known, is that when using Windows XP, especially the media

To begin with, something that may not be known, is that when using Windows XP, especially the media edition, if you are also using Dragon NaturallySpeaking as a speech program, you probably should not load Dragon NaturallySpeaking in what is known as the Quickstart mode. If you do, what happens, is that Dragon NaturallySpeaking loads to copies of Dragon NaturallySpeaking into memory simultaneously. And what this basically does, is that it then causes Windows media Center to slow down somewhat. Normally, you might not notice this, unless you are using Windows media Center for television reception. And under those circumstances, the amount of memory and system resources that Windows media Center uses is increased dramatically as a result of using Windows media Center for television reception. And as a result of that, if you have loaded Dragon NaturallySpeaking in the memory resident mode, or what is known as the Quickstart mode, what basically happens is that the double entry into the system resources of Dragon NaturallySpeaking tends to be tired the effect of your television use within Windows media Center. The workaround to this, is to set up a hotkey, to load your Dragon NaturallySpeaking, so that you can pressure hotkey in Dragon NaturallySpeaking will then immediately load on its own. And as a result of that, it does not sin memory, and does not retard the effect of Windows media Center.

That being said, what I would like to explain further, is that my vehemence, regarding Microsoft Corp. is not borne out of animosity. It is in fact stemming from my dissatisfaction with the level of deterioration of product and service quality, in the marketplace, that has taken place over the last several decades. As these things have happened, the general public has become more and more complacent, pursuant to their acceptance, and/or our collective acceptance, of products and services, in the marketplace, being presented to us at a lower quality than we otherwise might have. Having been raised in the service industry all of my life, not only is this totally completely unacceptable, but in addition, it is not serving the best interests of the general public.

That being said, additional information that I'm presenting is extremely important for the people in the financial market to pay attention to whether they like it or not. The fact that the Fannie Mae situation has become volatile is an extreme indication of potential failure, not only of the American market, but a Fannie Mae in general, and subsequently, the global markets as well. Now whether any of you and the financial industries want to admit this or not, the Kondratieff wave is in fact taking place. This is a fact. You will not be able to get away from this no matter what you say or do. The fact of the matter is the Kondratieff wave is taking place and it is only going to manifest much more severely over the next 2 1/2 quarters. There is no motivation pursuant to my telling you any of this under any circumstances. I have no vested interests in any way, shape or form. The fact of the matter is simply, that I have been doing financial analysis now for approximately 45 years. And as a result, I have been a cute understanding of the market, pursuant to logic, and problematic thinking, which I have used over several years of my life. As a result of that, I am able to ascertain as a result of my problematic view pursuant to market activity, a number of unseen elements that are in fact, feeding the market at any given time. This is one of my specialties that I've had throughout my career as a human being. And while most of you in the financial markets are looking at only the visible signs, and/or elements that are in fact affecting the market at any given time, this is truly symptomatic thinking, and/or symptomatic logic. And as we all understand, symptomatic logical is extremely reactionary oriented, linear, and basically finite logic, which is in fact three-dimensional logic. Problematic logic, on the other hand is nonlinear, and is more multidimensional, and/or anticipatory. And this basically means that when someone is using problematic logic they are not looking at strictly the elements that are involved in the situation at any given time. What they are looking at, when using problematic logic, are the many elements that are feeding that situation, coming from all directions at one time, which makes the logical perspective defined as multidimensional, and/or multi-directional.

So again I say, what you're looking at with the markets at this time, is the Kondratieff wave taking effect. And for those who are not aware of the Kondratieff wave what it basically says is that near the end of this century as a result of cascading financial failure throughout the markets, pursuant to a loss and confidence pursuant to the contract, and the very nature of contracts throughout the world, which is in fact happening, you are looking at what is known as specie reallocation. Specie reallocation is where one of the major currencies in one of the major markets throughout the global markets will in fact fail, to the point, whereby that currency will in fact be supplanted, and/or replaced, by another currency. When you are looking at the global markets at this time, and then subsequently taking into account the Fannie Mae situation, the American dollar, is one of the weaker currencies involved in the market at this time. Basically what you have in the most volatile markets is that with the Japanese market, basically being defined pursuant to the way that their culture is in fact oriented, pursuant to their religious and philosophical orientation, you're looking at the Japanese market being somewhat more unemotionally oriented than some of the other markets in the world. United States market, conversely, is a market that is overly controlled. And as a result, the American market is just as fragile, as it is in the Japanese market. But of the two currencies, the yen versus the dollar, the yen has more resources, pursuant to it, than the dollar does at this time. Part of this is because the dollar is extremely overextended, pursuant to international contracts and trade deficits that are going on where the dollar now has much weaker strength. Not only within the United States but around the world as well. As a result of that, between the two currencies United States stands to take a larger hit. Which basically means, United States is more in line for specie reallocation, that is the yen at this time. It is in fact does happen, a tremendous amount of cultural problems will in fact ensue as a result of this entire situation taking place.

One would hope that Mr. Bush would be smart enough to understand situations. He is not. One would hope that the Fed would be smart enough to understand these situations as well. They are not. The reason we know that, is because the Fed has just recently hired someone from the banking industry to assist the federal adviser, pursuant to managing the economics for the United States. The problem is that most of the people in the banking industry use symptomatic logic rather than problematic logic. And that is linear logic and finite logic, rather than using logic that is anticipatory and more pervasive in its understanding of the various stimuli, and/or elements, pursuant to any particular market activity at any given time. And being reactionary, pursuant to the market at this particular time is the worst possible stand that anyone can absolutely make. Now is the time to actually be anticipatory because that is the only way you are going to protect yourselves from the market influences that are about to happen over the next one half quarters. And the reason for that, is because there's a number of unseen factors that are starting to build on the market that are just now coming to the surface. Fannie Mae is one of the another aspect of this is the gasoline situation that is in tremendous state of flux. Additionally, job losses probably going to begin to get a lot worse as the fall months come into play. The Republican Party is egotistical and his arrogant as they are, are not going to be able to protect the job market because they don't have the means to be able to do so. There is a tremendous loss of confidence, in the contract going on in the United States at this time, in addition to the contract is typically, regarding employee employee or relationships. That contract, pursuant to employee and employer relationships, in addition to the nature of the normalized business contract, which is also having a great deal of trouble is one of the major reasons why these aspects are going to begin to build over the next 1 1/2 quarters, to the point where the dollar is going to become even more tenuous than it already is. Again I say, I am not the one who is losing money here. You are. I have no vested interest in any way, shape or form, in reporting any of these things to you. The only reason I'm doing this is because I am nearing the end of my own life where I am facing things that have me fairly well convinced that my time is becoming more limited all the time. As a result of that, I do not want to leave my life where I have not tried to do all I possibly could to assist you in order for you to have a better chance of survival. Not only financially, but with regard to survival as a human condition here on Earth pursuant to global warming.

Doing that of course, means I have to fight through a tremendous amount of religious and political hysteria that many of you in the United States, if not most, in the United States are suffering from. And that means I have to be really tough on you, whether you like it or not. But the fact is, there is no choice in this. The markets are failing so badly at this time that the only way you are going to avert any further damage, is as a result of applying a global price freeze. And that is a very tough call to have to make. Because it means, that these world leaders around the planet, most of whom are extreme egomaniacs, are going to have to put aside their huge ego and ethnocentric behavior, in order to be able to look beyond the greed and avarice they have within themselves in their own countries, in order to be able to realize that the only way that their individual markets, and/or cultures are going to survive, is if they maintain the survival of the market system throughout the world. And the only way that the market system throughout the world is in fact going to be maintained, is as a result of the globally users, coming together and realizing they must make very difficult decisions, pursuant to the entire world markets system such that the survival of the global market will be more important than any one of the individual markets. And the only way to do that is a global price freeze. And if you don't believe me, just read the Kondratieff wave. It's all there. I gave lectures on the Kondratieff wave during the 1970s, and back then. Everyone thought I was just stupid and they laughed at me. Unfortunately most of those people are not laughing now. And as I predicted back then, Price Waterhouse would in fact go out of business, and they did. Furthermore, I am telling you again, I have never been wrong on any of my financial projections I've ever made in my entire life. The reason I've never been wrong is because I understand the nature of finance better than most people because I grew up in financial situations because I was a partner in my own company at seven years old so that by 12 and 13 years old I was actually working in the planet pioneer linen supply in Cleveland, as a manager. I didn't have any choice in this, because my father having owned the company before me. And now making me his partner, had placed me into a situation where even though I was a worker alongside the other workers, I was in a supervisory capacity even a 12 and 13 years old. And so I grew up in the service industry understanding service in a much more complete and pervasive manner than most people ever have in recent history.

And I am totally and completely unyielding, when it comes to quality product and quality of service in the marketplace. I'm also unyielding when it comes to financial data. I do not compromise data. I don't compromise data, I don't fudge data, and I don't falsified data. In addition, where most analysts use .5% variance in order to be able to do their parabolic, I have never used anything greater than .05% variance. And the reason I use a small variance like that, is to make sure that there is much less room for error. And while using that small of a variance requires the next 100,000 calculations, that number of extra calculations is nothing, when you consider the aggregate yield being much more honest and reliable than it .5% variance. Therefore, again I say Mr. Bush is not smart enough to be able to make this kind of a call. Furthermore, the head of the Fed at this time doesn't really have the intelligence necessary to make this kind of a call either. It is going to be the financial managers, and not all of them by any means, who are in the stock market and other accounting houses in the United States do understand what I'm talking about who are going to have to put pressure on various members of Congress and the federal reserve in order for this situation, to in fact be addressed immediately. Failure, or delaying any kind of initiative action is only going to cause tremendous trouble down the road. You only have about two and half quarters left before you begin to realize tremendous and catastrophic financial loss. This is not a game ladies and gentlemen. This is reality. Your global environment is on the verge of total collapse at this point. And whether any of these stupid hysterical religious people, or religiously hysterical people, or hysterical political people, where politically hysterical people have the guts or the integrity to admit it to themselves or other people doesn't matter. The facts are still the same. Your polls are melting. Your old zone is failing. Electromagnetic fields of the earth, not only the fields that surround the earth, but the fields that we live service of the earth, in addition to the many fields that are inside the core of the earth, are all beginning to be tremendously disrupted by a old series of subatomic chain reactions that are absolutely out of control and that had been out of control for the last decade and a half. But these chain reactions began probably 35 years ago. I was able to track some of these chain reactions. Back in the 1970s, when I was at Fort Lewis college and knew then at that time, that these chain reactions would cascade over a period of time which would eventually break down some of the electromagnetic fields, which is now happening.

You can either go ahead and sit there and stick your heads in the sand and say I'm full of baloney or you can start paying attention. Save your rates and save your financial markets its up to you. As I've said before, I have this terminal condition that is going on throughout my body, actually a series of terminal conditions, whereby my survival is contingent upon strictly my strength of will to continue at any given time. So it's only a matter of time before I finally become so tired that I just don't want to continue. Of course, I have a tremendous amount of resiliency and strength of will. So it's sort of up in the air as to how long I really will in fact continue. I am not one who is prone to giving up under any circumstances. That being said, the fact still remains that you are looking at some very serious local issues facing. I've said this before and a number of posts in this blog. And Mr. Bush is behaving totally and completely in one of the most ignorant and asinine fashions I've ever seen any politician in the history of my entire life behave. I've never seen anyone who has been aimed in such an asinine and ignorant fashion as Mr. Bush has behaved during his presidency here in the United States. And his behavior is being totally and completely fed by the religious hysteria other religious fundamentalist Christian right who are basically white supremacists. And this is absolutely the most ignorant form of behavior that the world can possibly entertain at this time. And it is not only secluded, or specific to the white fundamentalist Christians. A number of religions throughout the entire world are behaving in an extremely hysterical fashion. So are a number of political ideologies as well. And so are a number financial ideologies as well. But hysteria is something that is extremely predictable pursuant to Dr. BF Skinner's analysis on population control pursuant to population control as it relates to what is known as the containment. And population control in Dr. Skinner's experiments were done pursuant to operant and classical conditioning, pursuant to population control, as I said, as it relates to the containment. The containment is the planet Earth. As the population increases, they perceived size of the containment begins to shrink, which means that the population begins to perceive that the containment is getting smaller when it actually is not. And this then provides an easy vehicle, and/or medium, for the expression of hysterical behavior, and/or distended behavior, and/or aberrant behavior. And that is exactly what we're seeing throughout the world. We're seeing hysterical religious behavior and hysterical political behavior and hysterical behavior in the financial markets as well all over the world. And a lot of this is due because of all the different systems are breaking down at this time. And this is the time, that truly does try men's souls.

The only way that you're going to get through this is you have to try to remain as calm as you possibly can and becomes reconciled us to possibly can to the fact that you are facing some of the most difficult and horrible choices that any species has ever faced in the history of this world or the ever will face ever again. The financial situations are some of the toughest decisions we face in the history of humankind here on Earth. The global situations of the toughest situations that have ever been faced perhaps since the dinosaurs. Yet we as a human condition do have the spirit and the integrity and the tenacity to be able to make these tough choices. But we're not to make them if we behave as hysterically and as stupid as Mr. Bush is behaving or his counterpart to behaving. That is not going to get you through this. You're going to have to grow up and put up and shut up and start making some of these difficult choices, whether you like it or not. I'm not saying Fannie Mae is going to fail. But I am saying it's going to fail to the point where you're going to see, within 2 1/2 quarters, such catastrophic financial loss in the American market, that it is going to make a depression era of the 1929 era in the United States look like nothing more but a walk in the park. It's can be very difficult. This can be a tremendous a lot of suffering unless someone steps up to the plate and applies a price freeze. Not only in this country, but throughout the world as well, you've got a lot to prices down. You've got to give the businesses throughout the world. To cool off, as it is defined, whereby they are induced as a result of the price freeze to stop for a moment and realized that if they do not pull back from their overzealousness of trying to get as much cash as they possibly can for themselves, that the end result will be a catastrophic failure of the entire market system. One example of this, is exactly how Microsoft Corp. is behaving right now with regard to Windows Vista. Microsoft has spent millions and millions of dollars, putting together the Windows Vista operating system. Yet with all the evidence I have supplied to Microsoft and to the general public Microsoft is standing firm as an arrogant spoiled brat saying they are not going to fix any of these problems in Windows Vista and they are going to go ahead demand that the user put up and shut up and take a crummy product and pay Microsoft hundreds of dollars and thousands of dollars in millions of dollars, while Microsoft refuses to fix any of the real problems of Windows Vista and that they're basically saying that user of the world has to put up and shut up and just start getting used to taking crummy products and services because Microsoft is just too important to concern itself with doing any kind of business better than what they're doing. And that is one of the most reprehensible and disgusting performance of behavior I've seen in the business community and all of my life. Additionally, it is a form of behavior it is going to feed catastrophic loss in this marketplace. And you can see this kind of loss happening throughout all the businesses all over the planet. Raft, greed, and fraud is everywhere as a result of the collective complacency, on the part of the consumer, to not stand up and demand better performance, or better quality of service or better quality of products from the people they're doing business with. And as a result of that, businesses become almost so gregarious, that they're practically steamrolling the customer in forcing the customer to take just terrible stuff, most of which the customer doesn't want or need. And as a result of that, in addition to the way the Congress is behaving where they are behaving so stupidly and arrogantly, they have made it virtually impossible for the customer to be able to have any kind of recognition or safety valve or protection against these unscrupulous businesses such as Microsoft. And as a result, the customer is virtually left defenseless against companies like Microsoft, who are acting no more than criminals in the marketplace. And all of this is feeding the Kondratieff wave effect in the marketplace at this time.

And that is just one of the small factors is feeding the Kondratieff wave effect at this time. Part of why do all these posts is because I'm trying to use as many different arguments as I possibly can to resonate inside your psyches to help you to realize that you are like a runaway horse and the only way to stop a runaway horses appointed at tree. Because when you point a force that is a runaway horse at a tree, it eventually runs, close enough to the tree where it almost runs into the tree. And then it suddenly stops. And that's exactly what I'm trying to do here with these many different posts and these many different arguments. I'm trying to get you to see it if you don't stop the reckless behavior that you're doing right now in the marketplace, or would the global environment that you are in fact crashing every single month, the end result is that your financial systems by the crash and so we are global environment. And if that happens, almost two thirds the population, in addition to two thirds of the animal life, completely disappear from the planet. Which means you're basically die. And if you all are so crazy and so stupid. You don't care about that and you'll do nothing to fix the financial situation and you do nothing to fix the global situation, which is exactly what Mr. Bush is doing. He behaving like one of the stupidest people I've ever seen in my entire life. He has mountains and mountains of evidence to show him that he is on a runaway train. It is headed right for a brick wall this could take out so many people and kill so many people, and all Mr. Bush is doing is sitting there sticking his head in the sand and acting as like one of the dumbest people on the entire planet. And as a result, millions are been a die. In addition to that billions and trillions of dollars will be lost as a result of market collapse in the United States, which is virtually and at this time.

So again I say, you are running out of time. You don't have much more time to screw around. I am so concerned for your safety I'm hardly able to sleep anymore because I know exactly what's happening because I've seen it for almost 4 decades. I've seen this coming. And all the while I kept seeing it coming I would tell people in the financial market I would so people in the environmental market and mostly what I got was that they laughed at me and called me stupid. Unfortunately most of those people are no longer laughing. The people the financial markets are being so overcome with denial, that they are acting like some of the dumbest people ever seen in my entire life. And unfortunately you don't have that luxury at this juncture. You are going to have to get your act together and you can have to do it now and you can't waste any more time. And Mr. Bush doesn't put up and shut up and start making decisions pursuant to the global environment he is going to realize by the time he gets out of office in January of this coming year, that he will be leaving a legacy of almost certain disaster globally, as far as the environment is concerned for his predecessor. And then Mr. Bush will go down in history as one of the dumbest people that is ever certain the presidency of these United States, and the Christians will sit there and be supporting one of these morons that they put in office, thinking he was a great person when actually he was one of the dumbest idiots they could ever put in the presidency. And I'm not going to be kind and gentle about this. This is not about anyone's religion. This is about using a religion in such a stupid manner that you are refusing to see what is happening around you globally, as far as the environment and the financial markets. If you're going to be so stupid about your religion that you can't pay attention to global environment conditions or the financial conditions in the market than your religion is virtually useless. Trust me, with a terminal condition, I'm extremely religious, but I just don't believe in any formalized religion. It is not a night I go to bed when I don't hear the voice of God. You can't be terminal and not hear God every night to go to sleep, it's impossible. This is not about anyone's belief system. What it is about, is where people are using their belief systems in such a hysterical fashion, and/or manner, that what is basically happening, is that people are becoming so stupid and so hysterical that they're acting like the dumbest people that ever lived in any generation in the history of this world. And you can see this for certain when you look at our children. Obesity is running rampant, drug use is out of sight, and distended and illogical and aberrant behavior is just over the top. Our financial markets are completely filled with hysteria and stupid decision making and very linear and flat minded thinking. This again is another form of hysteria.

For those who wanted take exception to what I'm saying, just remember this. You would not respect me if I sat there and told you what you wanted to hear. Because then I would be like all the people you listen to when you turn on TV, and will give you just the answers you want to hear. But when you give someone an answer, you maintain their stupidity. When you present someone with a question you celebrate your intelligence. I will never celebrate your stupidity. I do not believe the stupidity deserves to be celebrated. I certainly don't believe that stupidity needs to be celebrated or regarded when humanity is facing such terrible and tumultuous decisions as they are now. One of the things that comes to mind is that on the day the cost are in fact attacked the Sioux Indians, chief sitting bull said before the attack, it's a good day to die. The other reason I'm saying this now is because that's the attitude you have to have pursuant to what's coming. There is no certainty that all of humanity will in fact survive the coming global changes. The percentile of chance is so high that only one third of humanity will survive at the end of the century, that the best attitude you can possibly have to be redesigned in your own life that whatever happens, you are ready for. I've had to live this way for a number of years. That's a than one single not I've gone to sleep without feeling that I might not wake up the next morning. There hasn't been one time I laid down to go to sleep when I thought I would wake up at all. I've had to live with death, peeking over my shoulder every single minute I've lived since I was 17. All I can tell you is that you really have to make these hard choices and you have to make them now and you can't screw around anymore. And finally, I don't believe many of you will make these choices because I don't believe you're up to it. If you were up to it than Fannie Mae would not be having the trouble that it is happening. And the financial markets would not be in the difficulty that they are, and the Kondratieff wave would not be taking effect as it is. And if you really weren't acting hysterically and stupid, and global warming would not be an issue at this juncture. But it is an issue at this juncture and you're running out of time. So you can either smartened up and start making the tough choices or you can continue acting like the dumbest jerk in the world like Mr. Bush is burying his head in the sand and ignoring everything, and the only result of that will be that millions will die. And if that's what you want to see that you're on the right track. I don't believe that's what you want. I don't believe that's what anybody really wants. Nobody wins when millions and millions of people die. Nobody wins.

And now that I have my speech program much more accurately calibrated, I'm going to do a lot more hard-hitting articles pursuant to Windows Vista and the market, and global warming. I will periodically, start putting up articles pursuant to my family and my home and my pets, my wife, and my life. But those are not the most pertinent things to do with this juncture. At this time, what is most necessary is to try to shake you guys up enough so that you realize that you are absolutely standing on the edge of a cliff. And you're about ready to fall off.

I realize it's midnight here in Cleveland, Ohio. And I'm somewhat tired. But Aileen is getting over some infection in her leg and is going to sleep alone tonight. So that she can try to heal a little bit more. So I will probably sleep out here in the down on my chaise lounge. And if normal is normal, I will probably get up in about two or three hours, and do some more dictations.

As far as Microsoft Corp. is concerned, I will not give in under any circumstances on the Windows Vista issue. I don't care how many companies come out and say they're going to go ahead support Windows Vista. Those are large corporations that are supporting them, not the mom-and-pop companies in this country. And it is the mom-and-pop companies in this country, the small and midsize businesses of the United States, they're actually the backbone of the United States economy. The big corporations aren't the ones that make this country check. It is a small companies who actually do most of the work. And these are the companies that want nothing to do with Vista, because Vista is a really crummy program that Microsoft has refused time and time again to fix any of the real problems with. And every time Microsoft goes ahead and pay some jerk in any one of their technical fields that put up a story about how good Windows Vista is I will counter with all the problems I experienced as an experienced information analyst, and a computer software and computer hardware installer for the last 40 years. I refused to allow Microsoft to get away with this kind of misrepresentation with intent to defraud in the marketplace just because they think they can, or because they are so arrogant and stupid that they believe that they can go ahead and continue to lie to the general public and get away with it. Microsoft can't do that. And I'm not going to let them do it because as far as I'm concerned. I'm not the end-all in business. But I am one human being in this world who has lived and died my entire life by good service. That's all I was raised. I was raised on getting good service no matter where I work and the matter will I work for a no matter whether I had my own company or anything else. I never compromise on service of the products are sold. Under any circumstances, I did not do that. And I categorically rescan Microsoft taking a flagrant arrogant attitude that they can get away with whatever they want and refused to fix the Windows Vista system and simply tried out propagandize me. Just because they think they have more money. I don't care what they have. They're not good to get away with lies and the general marketplace not as long as I'm living and breathing they will not do that. Because every time they put up any of their filthy public relations live I will be there to counter them and show that Windows Vista still has all these problems that Microsoft has refused to fix. And I am going to do whatever I can possibly force Microsoft into a corner where they are fix these problems, what they have to take Windows Vista off the shelves. They do not deserve the right to cheat you, the customers. I don't care who they think they are and I don't care what lies they want to tell they don't have a right to do that. And if any of you users allow Microsoft to do this you are than diminishing the quality of all products and services in the marketplace as a whole. And that is the last thing that we as consumers or the general market needs.

So it's about 15 minutes after midnight here in Cleveland. I'm going to go ahead and take a short nap for about two or three hours. Perhaps have a yogurt, and just just a few hours sleep. And then I will get up and start doing the news stories and again look at how we are calling ourselves socially, anthropologically, and as far as the medical system and all the other issues that I try to deal with. I am not doing these postings I think I know more than anyone else. And I'm doing East Coast because I know I have a lot of knowledge, and I know that my knowledge is valuable, and I know that by doing East Coast I'm actually helping you to ask yourselves better questions, which will then yield a higher degree, and/or percentage, and/or probability of success and survival.

So in closing, if you continue to allow Mr. Bush to run this country into the ground because he is so stupid and so arrogant and so selfish that he just doesn't care about anyone else or who dies, then you will deserve what you get. Mr. Bush needs to be stopped. And he needs to be stopped now. He's on the verge of destroying this entire country in the entire financial system because he still stupid he has no idea how to make any of these financial decisions and he doesn't have the guts to make them. He did not have the guts to serve in any military conflict because he is basically a gutless and stupid person. Yet he is demanding all of these young men and women go over to Iraq and fight a war that most of them don't want to fight. That speaks volumes about the lack of courage and Mr. Bush has. And as far as global warming the financial markets all you have to do is look at what's happening to them and you can see exactly how stupid Mr. Bush is.

I would ask all of you think as you are reading my articles and reading what I'm saying to realize that you are really standing like I said, on the edge of a cliff and you're about to fall off. You'd better start thinking seriously about what I'm talking about because you're running out of time.

And I'm not saying these things to be mean. I'm saying these things because I'm trying to help you to ask yourselves better question so that you don't fall into stupidity and allow these companies and allow the entire situation that's going on around the world to make you even more stupid than you already are. Our children don't deserve this, and neither do the future generations. You all deserve better and so do our children and the future generations. You all deserve better than what we have and that what were giving and of what were getting.

Think about it...

Local News: Hamilton School Computers With Too Much Software | school, computers, hamilton : WTVC N

Local News: Hamilton School Computers With Too Much Software | school, computers, hamilton : WTVC Newschannel9.com.

This is another example of what I've been saying for many years. The computer industry, not only the software makers, but the computer makers themselves as well, are so eager to get the money from the customer, that they are behaving in a totally and completely irresponsible manner. This story indicates how a school system, has in fact been sold computers with so much software on the computers, that not only are they over paying for the computers but they were getting software they would not ever need or use. And yet they were sold these computers and the software but company who claims to be reliable and by a company who claims to be in fact trying to address their needs. But in reality, if the company was actually addressing the school system needs, and they would not have overcharged them for the computers meeting make them pay more money for extra software that the school system did not need.

As I said, I have been in the service industry prior to my disability approximately 45 years. There is no reason for company to in fact behave in this unconscionable and a responsible manner. This is another reason why I'm taking a very test stand with Microsoft Corp. for their refusal to fix the Windows Vista problems, which I've been citing all along today and for the past several days.

I suggest that the Hamilton school system immediately to seek resolution through an attorney, or the Better Business Bureau at the federal level. And that they force the Dell Computer Corp. to put up and shut up and stop trying to use racketeering tactics when they sell computers to school systems in on business contracts. I personally, have had to file to Better Business Bureau complaints at the federal level would Dell Computer's in order result issues that Dell refused to resolve in their own.

And again, this goes back to exactly what I've talked about as far as how these computer makers and the software makers together, are working hard to try to get as much money from the user, regardless of how much money the user has, and to sell the user. Normally so much computer and software, that the user does not even need, to the point where the user is virtually only using approximately 1% of all the system that they are sold. And that is not only overkill, it is absolutely irresponsible business ethics.

And this is one of the reasons why I'm so and about Microsoft Corp. as a result of Microsoft Corp. being able to play fast and loose with the law and to violate the law whenever they wanted to because they have so much money, as a result of that behavior, behavior like theirs is now being emulated all over the world by different business companies. Not just a computer companies, but companies in every aspect of our business. Microsoft, single-handedly, as a result of the graft agreed and the bribery that they have in fact supported have devalued and diminished the quality of service that any business is able to offer as a result of lowered expectations. And as a result of the expectations of the general market changing to such an extent that existing perceptions are now one being used to being taken advantage of.

If there is anything I can do before I finally die from these terminal conditions I'm fighting every day, let it be this. Let me use all of my energies in my intellectual abilities to put a stop to this type of racketeering and the general marketplace. This kind of behavior on the part of this corporation who did this to the school system, in addition to the Microsoft Corp. is not only a violation of federal law. It is absolutely on ethical and a disgusting example of how flagrantly. Most companies in this world violate the law simply in order to be able to steal as much money from the customer is possible.

More them is need to stand up and demand our rights under constitutional law. United States Constitution does not give any rights or freedoms or privileges, under any circumstances, to any business, organization, or any political organization at all. That means that no religion, no organization and no business, under any circumstances, has any right under federal law. The only way that any business, organization or religion, under any circumstances, has any rights under the Constitution is as a direct result of the fact that people make up those businesses and organizations and political groups and religions. Without people making up the religions, organizations or businesses, under article 1 and article 2 of the Constitution, these businesses, organizations and religions would have no rights under the law. That's constitutional law.

And for justice Scalia, and other justices and the court to continue to make decisions in favor of businesses, organizations and religions, without taking into consideration the rights of the people who make up those businesses, organizations and religions, is a violation of constitutional law, and that the only legal beneficiaries of the Constitution, are we the people. No businesses and no religions and no organizations under any circumstances are legally the beneficiary the Constitution. That's the law. But over time, the Constitution has in fact been arbitrated and misquoted and misinterpreted time after time after time over many decades. And now what we have is we have companies like this company that is taken advantage of the school system, and Microsoft, both playing fast and loose with the law, with the express purpose of trying to steal as much money from people as possible.

As I said, that is not only unethical, but it is absolutely reprehensible and illegal as well. I urge the Hamilton school system to take whatever action the law allows directly against the computer maker who sold in these computers and the extra software they do not need. If in fact you are not able to secure an attorney pursuant to the matter, then I would immediately file the Better Business Bureau complaint at the federal level, because I have never lost any better business complaint that I have filed at that level with any company I've gone after.

While it is true, that this company, has as a clause in his contract, that arbitration is the only way they will result in a conflict, you can certainly make a very embarrassing for them, and you can they get very expensive as well. And the way to do that is to go ahead and contact the Better Business Bureau at the federal level. File a federal complaint against them. Additionally, which you can also do is you can file a class-action lawsuit, with the state Attorney General's office for the state of Ohio, and with the state of Texas as well. Doing that circumvents the clause in the contract precludes you individually, from being able to bring litigation against them. But there is no clause in the contract whereby you are not allowed to file a class-action lawsuit.

And that being the case, you have those two options available to you. On the one hand, you can contact the Better Business Bureau, which is what I would do immediately. Secondly I would go ahead and contact the state Attorney General's office for the state of Ohio and negotiate for either a class-action lawsuit, or some sort of legal action, brought at the state level against the computer company to force them to put up and shut up and stop behaving like criminals and the general marketplace.

And to Microsoft Corp. I hope you're reading this post of mine because you need to. Because you are behaving like nothing but filthy liars in the marketplace because you as of yet have refused to fix any of the problems I've been citing in many articles today regarding Windows Vista. And like I said before, I am 57 years old and I've been installing computer since 1966. And I have an extremely high IQ. So unless any of you at Microsoft are 57 years old and he began installing computers in 1966, you do not know as much about computers as I do no matter what lies you tell. Furthermore, I have been an information analyst, financial analyst, code specialist, and communications analyst for 45 years as well. In addition to that I was part owner in my own company with my father. For 25 years. In addition to that, I also owned two other companies. And in addition to that I've been a partner in three other companies as well.

Microsoft and this company is involved in this case, right here needs to learn right here and now this is where the buck stops. You will either stop behaving like criminals, are we the users of this country will rise up and turn our backs on you legally and we will force you to put up and shut up and stop acting like the criminals you are.

End of line...

As I said before, no matter how many of these public relations reports. Microsoft tries to push forward, to camouflage their filthy lies, and their refusal to fix the major problems with Windows Vista, those problems will continue to in fact exist. There is no reason why Windows Vista, in its current form, should be released to the general population, most of whom are users, and not IT professionals. Microsoft is showing continuously that they are refusing to put up and shut up and act like a normal and ethical business in the business community. Every time one of these reports comes out it shows even more that Microsoft is refusing to act in an ethical and legal manner, pursuant to the release of Windows Vista.

The information that I am putting up below, has been done on my XPS 410 machine, which is the strongest machine made, and was built specifically to be able to run Windows Vista. So if my machine is having this kind of problem running Windows Vista, it virtually certifies that the problems I've been having not only will happen on my machine but almost all other machines that are, Vista ready.

I have not been in the service industry for 45 years, dedicating myself to reliable and good service, and being honest, to allow a company like Microsoft to storm troop the business world and outright lie to the business community saying that Windows Vista is a good operating system, while at the same time these problems that I am enumerating in this post continue to exist. Microsoft refusal to face any of these problems clearly shows that Microsoft has no intention under any circumstances doing business honestly with the American people. At all. If Microsoft were actually interested in being honest with the American people they would put up and shut up and stop acting like Eric filthy liars and fix Windows Vista, which they're not doing. Microsoft refuses to fix Windows Vista. No matter what anyone does Microsoft is refusing to fix Windows Vista. They are acting totally and completely in an arrogant egocentric and belligerent manner. Whereby they are demanding that the users of this country put up and shut up and take a substandard product with all these problems than it because Microsoft is too lazy and too stupid and too greedy to put up and shut up and deliver the general public a working product. And while it's true that a good bit of Windows Vista does in fact work, the fact still remains, that the problems I am enumerating in this post still exist. And as a result of the problem still existing, this clearly shows Windows Vista is not a good product. And it also shows categorically that Microsoft is nothing but a bunch of filthy liars who are nothing more than criminals in the marketplace because they are refusing to fix a product that they know is defective that they know doesn't work right and there not been affected because they just don't care about the users they are nothing but filthy liars and that's all they are. This is why in urging a full lawsuit against Microsoft to force them to fix Windows Vista. Additionally, I'm urging a full boycott of anything other than XP and the strictly the update to XP needs. We the users of this country must stand up and fight back against Microsoft and force them to put up and shut up and start acting like a good company in the marketplace instead of filthy liars and criminals they are behaving as.

I'm not going get into how when Microsoft first started as a company back in the early 1970s, doing an update from their service could take hours. What I am going to say is the following.

As I said before, I have been installing software and computers since 1966. I am 57 years old. I have a 189 IQ, I read it 5000 words per minute with a photographic memory. I have owned two of my own companies, and I've been a partner and for other companies. I work for some the largest companies in this country. So for anyone to say that they know more about computers than I do. That would mean they have to be at least 57 years old and that they have been installing computers, and software since 1966. If someone can't meet those qualifications they do not know more about computers than I do and that is just a fact. That being said, here is why Windows Vista is a terrible program and why I am refusing to give in to Microsoft in any way, shape, or form. During the one year that I tested Vista. This is what I found.

1. 75% of the time. When I would shut Windows Vista down, in order to restart my computer, it would take Windows Vista. Almost 15 minutes just to shut down.

2. Between 85 and 90% of the time, whenever Windows Vista would start up, it would take almost 15 to 20 minutes for Windows Vista to completely load, oftentimes not allowing me to even move my mouse at all until it was finished loading.

3. 95% of the time when starting Windows Vista, I would have to restart my machine two and three times to make sure that all the icons would appear. Because most of the time they would not. And with the cycling time. When you restart Windows Vista being between 10 and 15 minutes just to restart the machine, hours of productivity were completely lost.

4. The following is a list of the programs that ended up having crashes on Windows Vista.

Windows Live Mail
Windows Mail
Windows Sidebar
Windows Slideshow
Google Desktop
MSN Desktop Search
IE7 Pro
Windows Calendar
Microsoft works.
MSN messenger.
Google Talk
Open office.
Google toolbar.
MSN toolbar.
IE 7.
Firefox.
Trillian
wallpaper Master.
Bionx wallpaper Master.
Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
Windows live writer.
Google earth.
Logitech mouse.
Incredimail
Windows media Center.
Windows media player.
Graphic workshop professional.
Pidgin
WinZip.
AOL Instant Messenger.
Yahoo messenger.
ICQ.
Napster.
AOL radio.
Vongo
MSN today.
Roxio.
ScanSoft.
BlogJet
Scribefire
Haupauge WinTV
Picasa
dell support center
adobe reader
thunderbird mail

Additionally, these Service companies have had such a terrible time trying to adapt my home services to Windows Vista, that they have now refused to give me any service at all if I use Windows Vista on my home computer:

ATT
Time Warner
Dish Network
Direct TV

In addition to Windows Vista having problems with all of the software, in a three-month period, I had 198 crash reports, in my problems and solutions section of Windows Vista. In 124-hour period, I had 200 crashes. Every time the computer would crash of course, I would have to go through almost 15 minutes to restart the machine. So many hours of lost production time were logged that at one point. I was unable to do any work for weeks.

Two separate Better Business Bureau federal complaints had to be filed in order to be able to resolve any of these conflicts. Additionally, it took two technicians, from the Dell Corp. six hours in order to be able to network Windows Vista with a Windows XP machine.

Additionally, under no circumstances will Windows Vista read any data on a DVD, or CD disc, whereby the CD disc was loaded and prepared on a Windows XP machine. What this means, is if you have any data that you have stored as backup data using the XP format, Windows Vista will not read that data. The only way you can read that data is to network your XP machine with a Windows Vista machine, which will take you approximately between five and six hours to do, and then once you do network, you then must read the data on your XP disk by going through the network to the XP machine and reading the data there. Then you must import the data from the XP machine through the network to the Vista machine. That's the only way that you can get your XP data onto the Vista machine because Vista will not read any XP data no matter what. In over 150 accounts Vista will not read any data from an XP machine disk.

Additionally, with Windows Vista, requiring to 4 GB of memory just to load the operating system, it can sometimes take almost 1 minute for some of the programs to even load and open.

Additionally, closing IE 7 on Windows Vista can crash the system so badly that it can take five restarts just to regain control of your system.

Additionally, closing IE 7 on Windows Vista can take up to five minutes.

All of this spells a tremendously poor track record for Windows Vista. And since the marketing vice president for Windows is sitting there saying that he's not going to take this anymore. Let me tell that marketing president this...

Shut up! You are a filthy liar. And nothing you can do with your public relations advertising campaign will convince me or anyone else who is experienced these kinds of horrible problems with Vista that your program is worth our money. And unless you put up and shut up and fix Windows Vista. You are not only do not get my money, but I do recommend that you be sued that your company be sued at every single level everywhere in this country. That is all that your company deserves. Microsoft deserves nothing more than to be sued at every single level in this country right now. Microsoft is refusing to fix any of these problems with Windows Vista, because Microsoft is basically arrogant and most of the people who work at Microsoft are basically so stupid they are refusing to put up and shut up and fix Windows Vista they are refusing to fix any of these problems.

At one time I had to spend 18 hours on the phone with a Windows Vista technician, just to resolve one problem. That was an 18 hour phone call.

At the end of that call, the problem was still not resolved.

There is no way that I'm ever going to put up with that kind of horrible treatment from Microsoft ever again. Not now, and not ever again. And as far as I'm concerned. I don't care what this vice president of marketing says, and I don't care what kind of public relations effort that stupid person who calls himself a vice president of marketing at Microsoft does. There is nothing that they can put out as far as a public-relations ad campaign that is going to make me convinced that their Windows Vista is anything more than a piece of garbage.

I have reams of bench tests explaining and showing that Windows Vista is one of the worst pieces of garbage I've ever seen in my life.

And for those who think I have a crummy machine. Here are my machine specs.

Intel (R) Core(TM) 2CPU

6600 @ @ 2.40 GHz

1.58GHz 2.00 GB of RAM

so in other words, I have one of the fastest machines made. And still I had the foregoing problems. And that categorically says that the vice president of marketing at Microsoft Corp. is nothing more than of filthy liar. And it also says that the people at Microsoft are nothing but filthy and stupid liars who are refusing to fix Windows Vista. But who are determined to push this horrible product on the general market. Additionally, it says that since they spend millions of dollars developing this lousy program they are refusing to go back and fix it but instead are going to demand that we the people put up and shut up and take what were given.

Not only is this vice president of marketing at Microsoft so stupid that he doesn't understand that we the people are not going to put up with this, but he doesn't understand that as far as I'm concerned I'm recommending lawsuits be filed against Microsoft at every single level in this entire country to force them to fix Windows Vista before they release it anymore on the general public. They do not have the right to do this to the people of this country.

Additionally, the only people who I ever talked to during the entire year, who said anything good about Windows Vista were technical IT professionals. None of any of the companies that I did business with on a regular basis wanted to have anything to do with Windows Vista. And I spoke to over 1000 people who were average users throughout the United States and not one had anything good to say about Windows Vista. Not one.

So for this vice president of Microsoft Corp. to come out and say that he's not imitate any more of this bullying that shows that he is not only arrogant but he's a stupid liar. As far as I'm concerned, I want Microsoft sued. Microsoft not telling you that in Europe last year, Europe's sued Microsoft so badly in the largest lawsuit in the history of this world, and they won the lawsuit. And the lawsuit was about Microsoft refusing to separate IE 7, or Internet Explorer, from the Windows architecture. Microsoft lost that sued very badly in a huge multimillion dollar lawsuit. As a result, Microsoft is not allowed to include Internet Explorer with Windows architecture in Europe. Microsoft is not telling anyone in this country about this lawsuit because they are refusing to separate Internet Explorer from Windows architecture in this country because they are so belligerent and they are such a filthy lying company that they are never going to be honest and they are never going to separate Internet Explorer from their architecture.

Track record especially for someone who says they're the vice president of marketing at Microsoft in that they're not imitate any more. What are they not going to take anymore? As far as I'm concerned. I'm recommending lawsuits be filed against Microsoft at every level that can possibly be filed. I'm recommending Microsoft be sued everywhere in this country and forced to back up put up and shut up and fix Windows Vista and not be allowed to release Windows Vista. There is no reason for Microsoft to force Windows Vista on the users of this country against our will. And there's no reason for Microsoft to sit there and arrogantly and say they're not to put up with any more bullying that is a bunch of lies and I've never seen a company lie as much in the general marketplace as the Vice President of marketing is now doing do we the people.

In addition to recommending lawsuits be filed against Microsoft, I'm recommending that a full boycott Microsoft products be initiated immediately, until such time as Microsoft puts up and shut up and fixes these problems in Windows Vista. And simple software patches are not going to fix these problems. There is no reason the program should take up 2 GB of RAM. There is no reason the program should take so long to restart. There's no reason it should have so many incompatibilities especially with its own products.

And for the vice president of marketing at Microsoft to say anything different is nothing more than showing that he is so stupid and so arrogant and such a filthy liar. He doesn't deserve to be in business at all. And he certainly not anyone I would hire to work at my company. I would never want him anywhere near my company because all these done is show that he is arrogant and a really filthy liar.

Like I said, I'm dying. I have no agenda here. But I was raised on service ever since I was seven years old. And the one thing that anyone I ever worked with can tell you point-blank, is that I am so far above reproach and I'm one of the most honest people they ever did business with. It also set I'm one of the most reliable. When people hired me they knew they would get the job done no matter what. That is a type of work I was known for and that I am known for. I don't put up with seconds. I don't put up with constant mistakes. When I go about doing something it gets done, regardless of any of the problems people want to make excuses for. People who fail make excuses. People who do not fail don't make excuses. All we've heard lately from Microsoft is nothing but excuses. So as far as I'm concerned that vice president of Microsoft needs to put up and shut up and realize that is not a sellers market anymore. It is now a buyers market. People in the United States marketplace, and around the world do not have thousands of dollars to be going out and buying new computers every few years just to satisfy Microsoft's greed. So either the vice president of marketing at Microsoft will put up and shut up and understand that we the people know that he is a filthy liar and that most of the people at Microsoft are nothing but filthy liars and they are too stupid to fix Windows Vista, or he will end up having most people turn their back on the Microsoft Corporation.

As I said before, Microsoft has never intimidated me since they came and do business in the 1970s. And they're not going to intimidate me now. There not been a push Windows Vista on me no matter what they do. And there not to convince me that Windows Vista is a good product when they have done nothing to fix any of the problems I've stated in this article. And for any IT professional, whether it be Ziff-Davis or the Wall Street Journal, to come out and say that Windows Vista is a good program to me that is nothing more than evidence that those entities have in fact been co-opted either Microsoft Corp.. I have not been co-opted by anybody. Nobody runs me. Nobody owns me. It doesn't happen. I run me.

And as far as I'm concerned, the Vice President of marketing has no sensitivity to the small and midsize businesses in this country. It is a small and midsize businesses in this country, of these United States, it is actually the backbone of this country. Without the small and midsize businesses of this country the marketing of this country and the financial system of this country would completely collapse. Now that's a fact. And for the vice president of Microsoft acts so arrogantly that he is going to force Windows Vista on us against our will this shows that he is not only a criminal in the marketplace but that he is such a filthy liar that he can not be trusted under any circumstances. Microsoft has shown not one single thing. As far as evidence that they are willing to fix Windows Vista. They have done nothing to fix any of these problems. They have done nothing to fix the compatibility issue. They've done nothing to fix the memory load size issue. They have done nothing to fix the cycle restart issue. They've done nothing to fix the Windows display issue. They've done nothing to fix the crash cycling issue. They've done nothing to fix the IE 7 problems. They have done nothing to fix the Internet Explorer problems with regard to Windows Vista they've done nothing to fix the Windows media player problems with Windows Vista. They've done nothing to fix the Windows media Center problems issue with Vista. They've done nothing to fix the Napster problems with Windows Vista issue. They've done none of these things. And yet they're going to go ahead and set up an ad campaign to try to force us to take Windows Vista? Not on my watch!

As I said before, other than the specific updates for my now Windows XP machine, I am boycotting all Microsoft products until they turn around and put up and shut up and stop marketing Windows Vista completely or fix it so that is not 2 GB large and so that we do not need to buy bigger machines just to run their stupid and horrible software.

I am through wasting my time with this Windows Vista issue. But every time that vice president of marketing at Microsoft opens his mouth and threatens us. As far as we being the people of this country who are their customers, I will not tolerate that. No company has the right to be so belligerent to the people that are their customers, not even Microsoft.

So Microsoft will either learn that they need to put up and shut up and fix Windows Vista or as far as I'm concerned, they need to be sued everywhere in this country.

If Microsoft wants to DARE to say that Windows Vista is a Good Product…. let them FIX THESE ISSUES FIRST… OTHERWISE I STAND WITH WHAT I AM SAYING… WINDOWS VISTA IS GARBAGE AND NOTHING MORE…

BOYCOTT MICROSOFT NOW!

End of line...

More PR LIES from Microsoft…they are REFUSING to fix any of the REAL problems with Windows Vista. And until Microsoft puts up and shuts up and fixes these problems… My position will REMAIN the same. Microsoft cannot be allowed to continue to CHEAT the customer this way… they do NOT have that right, no matter what they say… or how they TRY TO LIE… SO EITHER THEY PUT UP AND SHUT UP AND FIX THESE PROBLEMS, OUTLINED BELOW, OR I WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND THAT MICROSOFT BE SUED AND THAT A FULL BOYCOTT OF THEIR COMPANY TAKE PLACE…THEY ARE LYING AND CHEATING THE USERS OF THE BUSINESS WORLD BY REFUSING TO FIX ANY OF THESE ISSUES…

I'm not going get into how when Microsoft first started as a company back in the early 1970s, doing an update from their service could take hours. What I am going to say is the following.

Additionally, these Service companies have had such a terrible time trying to adapt my home services to Windows Vista, that they have now refused to give me any service at all if I use Windows Vista on my home computer:

On the one hand, you have the experts like myself who really and truly do understand global warming such as Jim Hansen and myself in a number of others. On the other hand, then you have a bunch of stupid people who are out to sit there and basically be as stupid as they possibly can and to deny everything. And the only thing that these stupid people who are denying everything are achieving is making themselves look so stupid that basically nobody wants to have anything to do with them because most people don't like being around people are so stupid that talking to them is like talking to a cow pie.

So did the stupid people of the world who are desperate to have a debate on global warming when a tedious shut up and put up and realized global warming is a fact and whether you like it or not you are going to have to get used to it and you're not to be able to continue to lie about it any longer is happening. And whether you want to realize there not by approximately 29 the only one third of the human population will have any chances of real survival here on earth. That's the basic statistical analysis. That's actually running through the real brainiacs, like myself, at this point. For you idiots out there who want to debate the issue to continue all this yelling and screaming about how it's just a debate. You're not only becoming so annoying that you just basically so stupid as dirt, but you're basically being laughed at by the entire world because global warming is not only a fact. But it's becoming such a global danger and a threat to the human condition that most of you idiots who claiming that it's all debatable. I just a known is nothing more but stupid filthy liars.

To those people who want to continue to debate the global warming issue shut up. Just shut up. Global warming is a fact. And if you don't believe me wait approximately 13 or 14 months, then tell me about how much it's debatable.

My profile, on my about me page here in this blog explains my history and the history of my family quite clearly. Having been a native of Ohio, having just said what I did, I can tell you this with absolute certainty Zanesville Ohio, is one of the most racist sections of the entire state of Ohio. It's been known that way for many years. So it's no surprise to me that the extremely white supremacist racist of Zanesville have gone out of their way to deny black people. Water, which is something that is a basic need for so many years. I applaud the state of Ohio and finally forcing the white supremacists in Zanesville to put up and shut up and obey the Constitution rather than to continue their white supremacy as they have done for many years.

The only reason and Mr. Bush is doing this, is because he's being pestered by his Christian and his oil-rich friends to do more drilling for oil, because they want more money because they know their time is running out to rob steal from the American people. So they're going to try to steal as much as they possibly can from us, while at the same time trying to ruin the world as much as they possibly can because Mr. Bush and his oil-rich friends don't care about the world and they certainly don't care about humanity and they certainly don't care about the American people. All they care about is stealing as much money as they possibly can and lying is much as they can and cheating everyone they possibly can. This is what governs Mr. Bush and his oil-rich friends lying and cheating is dealing nothing more. They're not wholly they're not good Christians are not Bible thumping people they don't believe in God all they believe in is stealing and lying and cheating as much as they can't everything Mr. Bush clearly shows that.

As I said before, it's only a matter of time before Mr. Bush and his cohorts are dragged before the court and found guilty of extremely heinous crimes again
