Como o Rodrigo perguntou isso aqui eu resolvi fazer um post sobre isso também (eu respondi nos comentários os jogos que estou jogando). Eu não sou um jogador muito hardcore, na verdade eu até prefiro jogos 2D mais antigos e minha paixão mesmo é o RPG (ultimamente tenho jogado algumas visual novels também, mas o problema é que a maioria é eroge e eu realmente não gosto disso em um jogo).

Respondendo a pergunta, atualmente estou jogando esses joguinhos:

- Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Justice for All (ds) -

Esse jogo foi o responsável por minha paixão pelas visual novels. Nesse jogo você joga com Phoenix Wright (Ohhh!), um advogado de defesa, e deve investigar, juntar pistas e pensar para poder defender seus clientes. Eu estou no segundo caso ainda, mas devo terminar em breve.

- Legend Of Mana (psx) -

Ok, eu já zerei esse jogo xyz³³³ vezes, mas eu estou tentando completar todas as quests (o que eu não consegui ainda) e pegar uma succubus *-*. Fora isso eu AMO jogos com cenários 2D pintados à mão, e Legend of Mana tem um dos mais belos que eu já vi, recomendo (apesar do jogo ser realmente bem fácil).

- Sword Of Mana (gba) -

Outro jogo da série Seiken Densentsu. Apesar de não ter os maravilhosos cenários 2D pintados à mão eu gostei dele.

IT expo kicks off in HCM City

The 13th Vietnam Computer Electronics World Expo (VCEWE), the largest IT event in the country, kicked off in Ho Chi Minh City on July 16.

The event is the most imposing display so far with over 200 leading local and foreign information technology (IT) corporations, including big names as Acer, Asus, Gigabyte, HP, Toshiba, Intel, Canon and Sony who showcase their latest products, services and technologies.

Worthy of note in the exposition is Intel’s introduction of Intel Centrino 2 processor technology for laptop which was launched at the same time in North America, Asia and the Pacific.

The 13th VCEWE is co-organised by the International Data Group (IDG) in Vietnam , the HCM City Information Technology Association and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Exhibition Services Co. Ltd (Vietcham Expo).

Lasting until July 19, the exhibition is expected to receive about 250,000 visitors.

At the event’s launch, IDG President Patrick Mc Govern said the group invested 120 million USD in Vietnam in 2008 and pledged another 500 million USD in next five years.

The VCEWE in 2009 will have its acreage increased by 65 percent in its new place at the Phu My Hung urban area.-

Back to the future

Piove, poco ma piove. D'altronde se te ne stai a Londra mica puoi sperare qualcosa di diverso. O no?

Eppure, eppure... oggi sa di grande giorno. Forse non accadrà nulla di particolare, ma starmene qui, ora, ha molto più significato di quanto si possa immaginare.

Sveglia puntata alle 0410. Taxi fino alla Stazione Centrale (Milano), poi bus per Malpensa. Easyjet puntualissimo.

Piove sul mio futuro. Ma è una pioggia estiva, e ci sta bene. Bagna questa inaugurazione e a me non dispiace. Dopo questo cappuccino mi sa che me ne vado di nuovo in giro.

E se piove ancora me la voglio prendere tutta. Sentirla. Viverla. Farla entrare dentro di me.

Prima da Gatwick, a Victoria, a qui ho deciso di scendere alla fermata di metropolitana precedente: High Street Kensington. High Park attraversato per venire a piedi fino a Notting Hill Gate e tornare con la mente alle mie passeggiate qui. Anni fa, secoli fa, un'eternità.

Beh, anche se non sono qui solo per cose belle... I'm back on track.

Lesson #8

Today I had a lesson at 3:00pm with my usual instructor, Ami Kaufman. Since he was going out of country I was afraid that this would be my last time flying with him for a while but fortunately I will still get to fly with him at least once more before he leaves. I was also able to take a good friend of mine, Charles Rubinoff, who I graduated college with, on my lesson so I could get some good photos to put on the site.

After all of the usual preflight checks and procedures, we made our call to Van Nuys ground and began our taxi to hold short of 16R. There was a slight wind coming from the East but it didn't affect takeoff too much. We made our right crosswind departure over Warner Center and I learned a little more about using the Nav when my instructor set a heading for Fillmore. We followed the heading but stopped at our usual training spot above Simi Valley.

We did a lot of review work but I was happy to do so because I want to make sure my maneuvers are as close to perfect as possible. Today I actually felt my steep turns getting better and I was able to rely more on visuals and keep my eyes off the instruments. I still need work on maintaining altitude while doing a steep turn but I am sure that will come with practice.

The next thing we did was some more stalls. Again, this is something else I feel myself getting a bit more confident with. I am able to keep a heading more accurately while maintaining proper airspeed. We followed the stalls up with some slow flight for a bit then gained some airspeed and altitude for some ground reference maneuvers.

We started our ground reference training with turns around a point in which we used an overpass on the 118 freeway as our marker. After a couple of passes we used that point to begin our rectangular course. We followed the surface streets below us to fly rectangular patterns and after doing that a couple of times we used the 118 freeway as our reference and finished up our lesson with some S-turns.

We made our way towards the Santa Susana Pass and after getting information from ATIS, we made a call to Van Nuys tower for landing. Keeping our eyes open for some traffic that the ATC mentioned, we made our approach and landed on 16R.

I logged another 1.1 hours and am amazed how fast my training seems to be going. I started the week I graduated college and already have 9.9 hours (and will most likely be at 11 hours by next week). A lot of the articles I read, whether online or in the AOPA magazine, mention that an airport is not jst a place to fly but a place to network with other pilots. After my lesson I stuck around for a bit talking to my instructor and to a couple of other PPL students and sometimes that can be a learning process all in itself.

Now I have to get rid of it off Google, but i'm not until I get rid of the people that view it becuase it forwards people to this website.

Our Buggy!

I noticed the other day that I never posted any thing about our buggies. So I decided to write a bit of the story about them. As a kid me and my friends always found ourselves building stuff, treehouses, camps, the usual kid stuff. But we always had an absession about things that mooved, we were always messing arround with old bicycles, and putting wheels on things just to roll theme down the street. We had a dream that mabey someday we could make something that ran under its own power, but we didn't have the resources to pull it off. My grandfather owned a garage accrost the street so we often went there to hang out, or plan our next creations. One day while looking at some old junk me and my friend spotted a old engine mounted on a frame with a 120 volt altinator. We asked our grandfather if we could have it, He said that he wanted the altinator but the engine was ours. We hauled the 8hp Briggs & Stratton back to our house where we taught ourselves how to change the oil. We gased it up, started it, and smoked up the whole yard, the thing was loud too. This is what sparked the idea of using it to power a buggy. We started building a frame with scrap metal, but with our engeneering skills we got stuck. Then a few weeks later we were all gathered in the living room of my grand parents house for some reason when my grandfather told me that he might have found a buggy that he build for my uncles 30 years ago. I told my friends, and a few days later, wheni came home from school, there was my grandfathers tow truck in the driveway, carrying a big old rusty heap of metal. After gutting all the broken and useless off the rig, we put the chain back on. I took us almost a year of work but then we finaly got it to run. we drove it for a few kilometers through the woods. We made it half way back untill the chain broke, and went through helll towing it back. That was the last ime we really drove it that much because every time we fixed one problem two more things broke. That was when my grandfather informed us that we didn't really have the buggy that he built all those years ago. The real one was still somewheres in the feilds and woods of Pubnico. Almost no time after withought telling us my grand father appeared at the garage with the real buggy. It was equaly as rusty, but a bit smaller. We towed it home but continiued to work on the other one untill we abandonned it. We commenced working on the new one, and within a month or two we had it up and running. This was probably due to experience from the last one, and better connnnstruction of the machine itself. We drove it everywheres, and solved many problems like the engine blowing, and the buggy literaly breaking in half. Untill now that the rear axel broke in half right off from the transmission. Thats the story of my childhood but I guess it isin't over yet. I would like to thank my grandfather for all the help he gave us. "300 year old prehistoric shark caught off a fisherman's net caught off the Whaling Station at Albany, WA.

It was broardcast on the TV in the night [so you mightn be able to find an archive for it] and they sold the Jaws to compensate the fisherman for the damage to his nets."

What I look for in a Man...

-Be real with me.
-When something is bothering you, you come and tell me right then instead of waiting til’ the spur of a heated conversation to tell me.
-Realize just cause I’m not smiling doesn’t mean I’m mad, especially when I’ve told you that "I’m not mad", or "You’ll know when I’m mad".
-Can play video games with me, I’m very competitive sometimes.
-Compliments me every once in a while. (I don’t even know what that feels like ever since I left Jason).
-Tell me how they feel about me, cause I’ll surely tell you what I feel about you.
-Don’t try and make me do something I just already said no to.
-Can keep a conversation going.
-Even probably if you see me everyday, you still say hi or something instead of running straight to the tv or the computer.
-Communicates real damn well. Cause if something is wrong, I want to know. Cause you may never know, I might of been there before.
-Has a great sense of humor. Especially with me, cause I’m goofy as hell when given the time to be.
-Is interested in the things I do and have the same interests as me just about.
-Loves music as much as me and doesn’t trip if I got the speakers up too loud or the tv.
-Will and can watch Cartoons with me. I’m still a kid at heart.
-Listens to me when I’m spilling my heart out and comforts me when I’m down or feeling said about something.
-Other than just being girlfriend and boyfriend but a friend/best friend too, I mean damn, we don’t have to be all hugged up and kissed up all the time, even though I wouldn’t mind that but shit I should be able to come to you about something serious.
-Isn’t goofy majority of the time I’m with you and don’t speak or act bouge cause I’m quiet and shit.
-Knows how to have fun or spark up something fun.
-Likes to wrestle and don’t give up too easily cause you think I hurt you/me.
-Isn’t too all up on sex and realize sex doesn’t make up the whole relationship.
-Understands me and who I am. I’m not like the average broad you’ll see with a pack of broads and shit.
-Will sometimes go to church with me. I need to start going back and shit my damn self. I’ll be going this Sunday.
-Knows how to give me friendly criticism and advice.
-Knows when I’m serious or just joking.
-Takes time to get to know each other and not rush into anything.
-Understands that I have male friends and they’ll come over once in a while especially if you work all the time and barely have time for me.
-You don’t have to trust me but don’t be too skeptical, cause I myself has trust issues.
-Doesn’t just right away say "you’re my girlfriend now".Expecting me to go along with it.

-Congratulate me on things big or small.
-Enjoy being around me and loves my company.
-Knows how to kiss. I’ll tell you quick, "you don’t know how to kiss". Or "I don’t like kissing you". Thats just me. It annoys me when I get forced to kiss even when I tell you a hundred times, "Stop, I don’t want to kiss you". I’m not really the kissing type anyway.
-Is very romantic.
-Have wonderful style in clothes. (Big Turn-On).
Mostly, just communicate with me and be a friend. Shit I don’t ask for much.

Singapore Petroleum begins drilling well off Cambodia

Phnom Penh (VNA) - Singapore Petroleum Company Ltd (SPC) has begun oil and gas exploration activities offshore Cambodia, according to local media.

The well is the first in Block B, about 160 km southwest of Sihanoukville. Drilling to test the hydrocarbon potential is expected to take about 15 days since July 8, the company said in a statement.

In March, US energy giant Chevron announced oil in Block A offshore the Sihanoukville after conducting six exploration drillings. The Cambodian National Petroleum Agency estimated oil reserves in the well of up to 500 million barrels.

Cambodia’s oil reserves are estimated up to 2 billion barrels and gas to 10,000 cubic metres, according to the World Bank, Harvard University and prestigious organistions.-

Très bonne nouvelle : la Troupe du Théâtre du Rimel sera présente au festival off d'Avignon les 29, 30 et 31 juillet. Si vous passez par Avignon, n'hésitez pas à aller voir leur spectacle "Les pleurs du Trio".

La troupe du Théâtre du Rimel a reçu la Tour d'Argent à la finale nationale de théâtre amateur à Festhéa à Tours en 2007, pour son spectacle Les pleurs du trio.

Spectacle que j'ai vu Salle Vasse à Nantes et qui m'a enchantée.

Pour info, j'ai participé une année à un atelier de théâtre qu'organise quelques membres de la troupe du Rimel, dont Jean-Pierre Guérin. Et ça aussi ça m'a plu. Avec eux et les autres "élèves", j'ai beaucoup appris, improvisé et me suis amusée.

You know what I hate? My over-analytical brain, that’s what. What is the deal with this section of my head that ponders and deduces every possible outcome from life situations? Why the hell will my brain not just leave them all alone? Just let something happen and then be done with it. No sir, not my head. When others are placing their heads gently on a pillow to grab some much needed rest, I’m in an equally parallel position but lacking the rest. Instead my brain plays back the days events like an old 8mm camera and tries to make sense of them in ways that would make John Madden proud. (All I need is a teleprompter!)

On second thought, maybe hate is too strong a word. I guess I really don’t hate this facet of my mental capacity. What I really hate it that there is no off button for it. I wish I could go to bed and just enjoy it like I used to; it used to be so peaceful. Now its just constant thought until somehow I fall asleep. And even then, usually whatever I was thinking about creeps into my dream. Then when I awake, I have to analyze that! What an endless cycle.

I’ve even tried meditative techniques of shutting off my mind. Somehow, though, without me even being aware the thoughts creep into my head even then. It is all just very frustrating. Even trying to talk about it is. I cannot even figure out why I like to know what makes people act and do certain things in certain situations. I just do and it causes me umpteenth hours of lost sleep.

Ontario to get recycling fee in 2009

If you people are planning to get a new TV, computer, cell phone or any electronic device, listen up! Starting in April 2009, the province of Ontario will be ringing in a new recycling fee for TVs, cell phones, cameras, DVD players and other electronics such as stereos. Both producers and importers will pay an extra $10 CDN for a TV and charges for a computer can range from $2 to $13 CDN.

All extra costs will go to a special organization dubbed the "Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment" or WEEE for short. This initative is created by Waste Organization Ontario.

E-waste has start to become a big problem not just here, but everywhere around the world. Most of the e-waste has toxic chemicals such as lead and other properties. That's why the Ontario government is taking drastic action to reduce the number of E-waste on going to our landfills. Similiar initiatives have been set up in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia.

Along with the new fees, new depots will be set up to allow people to conveniently drop off their used electronics and from there, there will be disposed in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.

Jesse Jackson was picked up by Fox News' microphones on Wednesday saying that he'd like to, in essence, castrate Barack Obama.

He said this in reference to Sen. Obama's "talking down to black people" on religious issues. Hilarity then ensued, and the news networks have been having a hayday covering this story. ABC News even had a segment where they tried to determine why Rev. Jackson said these remarks.

DIANE SAWYER: This morning, Jesse Jackson caught on an open mic with colorful and cutting remarks about Barack Obama. A new interview this morning and we have it here.

SAWYER: But let's begin right now with the race for '08 and those words about Barack Obama from Jesse Jackson, one of his main boosters and of course one of the most prominent leaders in the African American community. Senior political correspondent Jake Tapper is in Washington to launch it all. Jake?

JAKE TAPPER: Good morning, Diane. Well, you know it's said in Washington a gaffe is when a politician accidentally tells the truth. Well, I think we need a new term for when an open microphone catches the private conversations of a public official as happened with Jesse Jackson talking privately, or so he thought, about his view of how Obama talks to the black community.

JESSE JACKSON: See, Barack been talking down to black people on this faith based-- I want to cut his [bleep] off.

TAPPER: Unaware his microphone was on before an interview, Jesse Jackson expressed anger that Barack Obama has, in Jackson's view, been overly critical of the African-American community in a video that aired on "The O'Reilly factor." Listen again to Jackson's comments.

JACKSON: See, Barack been talking down to black people on this faith based -- I want to cut his [bleep] off.

TAPPER: Jackson quickly apologized for his remarks.

JACKSON: They were hurtful and wrong. That's the whole point. And that when you make mistakes, you should not equivocate. You should be quick to go on the offensive and not try to be evasive.

TAPPER: But Jackson also gave voice to a frustration among some in the black community with Obama's Cosby'esque, tough love approach to black America.

SENATOR BARACK OBAMA: More than half of all black children live in single parent households. Only we, as parents, can make sure that when our sons grow up, they treat women with respect.

TAPPER: Jackson's vulgar language notwithstanding, he is far from alone in thinking Obama needs to put the struggles of black America within a larger, societal context.

DONNA BRAZILE (ABC News consultant): What he is trying to offer to Senator Obama is, hey, let's talk about all of the issues facing urban America, all of the issues facing the African-American community.

TAPPER: Obama's campaign said the senator accepted Jackson's apology, but Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. was not so forgiving, saying of his father, quote, "I'm deeply outraged and disappointed in Reverend Jackson's reckless statements about Senator Barack Obama. He should keep hope alive and any personal attacks and insults to himself." Now, the politics of this are complicated. It probably does not hurt Obama as he tries to appeal to white independents and moderates to be seen as alienating Jackson for doling out tough love to the black community. On the other hand, Obama will address the NAACP next week and he might want to keep in mind that Jackson's frustrations are not just Jackson's. Diane?

CHRIS CUOMO: And a big political headline this morning: Jesse Jackson is in a TV studio, on mic but not on camera yet. Heard discussing Barack Obama, accusing him of talking down to the black community.

SAWYER: Yes, it was another one of those comments, caught when he thought he was off microphone and we are going to get a chance to talk to Reverend Jackson. He is standing by an exclusive interview coming up now.

CUOMO: Clearly a big supporter. Wants to clear this up as soon as possible.

CHRIS CUOMO: Reverend Jackson is at our Indianapolis affiliate, WRTV standing by to try and speak to us today. Technical difficulties. Hopefully, he's hearing me on a phone. Reverend, can you hear me?

JESSE JACKSON: Good morning, I can hear you.

ABC GRAPHIC: Jesse Jackson Responds: Apologizes for Verbal Flub

CUOMO: Beautiful. Great to have you here. The situation is obvious. Clearly, you're a big supporter of Barack Obama, but clearly you used some very tough language. Basic question, do you like Barack Obama?

JACKSON: Very much. And I'm a long-standing supporter and because of my commitment to what he represents and the campaign, I was quick to apologize for any offense, any harm, any hurt. He was quick to respond very graciously and that's the good thing. My anguish is over. The limitations of the most fervent faith-based programs, because there is the issue of faith, hope and substance. With bridges collapsing and levees being overrun we need to focus on the cause item of some real commitment to reinvest in urban and rural America.

CUOMO: You're bringing up --

JACKSON: And that would be government-based and in some sense private sector based.

CUOMO: You're bringing up primary issues that are certainly very important to the African-American community. Let me ask you a question about context here. Is the emotion that you betrayed in your comments about Barack Obama, is that represent [sic] a larger frustration with him within the African-American community?

JACKSON: I don't think so. I think he enjoys great support because he is the leader in this rather transformative, redemptive moment and yet within the black community there are some severe structural crises-- Infant mortality rate is higher. Life expectancy is shorter. The most children in school with teachers less than three years experience, the highest murder rate and now the need to revive a ban on assault weapons, I mean, these things of great substance must be addressed, I think, with more passion and he is committed to that proposition. I think it deserves to have a greater emphasis.

Why do people try to analyze other people's actions? I'm sorry, but people make mistakes. It's part of being human. I realize that what Rev. Jackson said was out of character and, honestly, a pretty heinous thing to say; but at the same time we all know he's going to get away with it. Let's all just skip the bullshit and go on with our lives. The man said what was on his mind, which he's allowed to do thanks to our first amendment. Jackson's apologized and has been outwardly showing his support for Sen. Obama, so let's quit making a big deal over it and move on. McDonalds' is waiting, America. Go get your Big Mac's.

Speaking of McDonalds, when the fuck will they be bringing back the Arch Deluxe. I really miss that burger. :(

damn it's been hot lately! (those of you familiar with San Francisco know that it's usually freezing-ass cold here in July and August)

CanadaBoy is in town for the week. we took advantage of the unusually warm weather, and rode our bikes to Baker Beach on Monday. it was kinda foggy still, but of course naked people were still wandering about, showing off their naughty bits.

tuesday we took a day trip to Muir Beach. surprisingly, it was also hot there. we left after about 90min, because all the screaming children and families had become tiresome.

next stop: Stinson Beach. surprisingly, still warm there, too. more families, but also more beautiful people.

alarming trend alert: men's board shorts. color: white background, with some sort of pattern, usually plaid-ish. they were everywhere. how 2005.

afterwards, we drove back into the city. to the Blue Light. for Taco Tuesday! $1 tacos and $2 coronas. (usually, i don't drink beer, but for this i made an exception!)

O Grupo de Jogo está em constante modificação. A vida leva alguns dos amigos pra longe e aproxima outros. Por volta desses três anos de campanha muita informação e brincadeira se perdeu pelas mesas bagunçadas e os chats noturnos na internet.

Aqui no meu computador existem três imagens que eu quero monstrar para os demais e para quem está começando a entender mais da história da campanha.
