Untuk mengatur memori yang digunakan oleh CorelDRAW dapat kita atur pada menu Tools > Options atau dengan shortkey Ctrl+J

Pada dialog box option, pilih 'Memory' di kolom sebelah kiri. Pehatikan Swap disk dan Memory Usage. Defaultnya swapdisk ditempatkan di temporary folder di drive C. Kita bisa menambahkan di secondary ke drive D. Untuk Memory usage, defaultnya CorelDRAW 'hanya' menggunakan 25% memori yang kita miliki. Pada sebalahkanannya tertulis berapa KBytes jumlah memori yandigunakan. Naikkanlah persentasenya agar CorelDRAW dapat bekerja lebi cepat.

Perlu diperhatikan, bila kita sering bekerja dengan multitasking windows, bekerja dengan menjalankan beberapa aplikasi sekaligus, jangan gunakan persentase yang terlalu besar karena  akang memperlambat system secara keseluruhan.

Selanjutnya klik OK, kemudian restart CorlDRAW agar setingan kita tadi da[a befungsi.

One afternoon while doodling around with a wacom stylus tablet and my laptop I created this image. I saw a similar image in a old Bob Ross Book (you know, the white guy with the afro that painted "happy trees" on Saturdays on PBS). I saw this image in the book and tried to follow the same techniques, but with Corel Painter. For those of you who are artists and have not experienced Corel Painter, be careful, you might never go back to traditional paints again.

Did up this float banner, which would be hung outside our tentage during the 2 weeks of menial labour within. I made several changes and came up with a few other versions subsequently. Praying real hard that we can get the green light. >< I really want to see it go to print. (and so justify my missing of Hellboy on ch5 to complete this, heh)

Was inspired by 2 pieces for this design. One was a photography poster outside a studio at Taiwan, somewhere enroute Yong Kang Commercial District from KCS Memorial Station. It's fleeting glances like this that stick in my head even years later. The other was a poster at the bus-stop near my place. A SBS transit informative I think.

Otro competidor mas del pothoshop. Este programa mas que para realizar montajes y otras cosas se destaca en su gran profesionalismo a la hora de utilizar pinceles. Excelente para pintar o dibujar nos da una interfaz un poco compleja pero fácil de dominar con el tiempo.

I går malede jeg tigrenes striber op med pastose sorte penselstrøg, som kalligrafiske skrifttegn, der dannede dyrenes form og bvægelse.

På samme måde fortsætter jeg med farverne. Disse maler jeg med lange penselstrøg i en fortsættelse af de sorte striber. Bundfarven ser man mellem de farvede penselstrøg og de giver derved den malede figur en helhedstone. I modsat fald, hvis strøgene var malet direkte på en hvid grund, havde det været usammenhængende.

I den venstre del af billedet har jeg malet tigeren gul, som en kontrast til den violette baggrund. Det får den gule farve til at blive meget aktiv så den nærmest presser  den røde tiger frem mod billedets midte. Den røde tiger, som er en kontrast farve til den blå tiger, driver denne op i luften til angreb mod den mørkerøde tiger. Farverne til de to kæmpende tigre har jeg valgt som aktive kontrastfarver til den lysende sol i baggrunden. Det er det mest aktive område i billedet.

For at holde modet oppe under det store arbejde har jeg lavet den lille sang om de ti små tigerbilleder - nød lærer nøgen tiger at spinde!
