<p>A Coca-Cola está a divulgar o lançamento de uma nova bebida energética, a i9 Hidrotônico, no Brasil através de blogues, segundo informa o Blue Bus.<br />
Os nove bloggers escolhidos para participar nesta acção de promoção receberam um mini-frigorífico personalizado, com ligação USB ao computador. Dentro do frigorífico estava uma garrafa de i9 Hidrotônico a que os bloggers tiveram acesso em primeira mão. Foi-lhes também disponibilizado um filme publicitário do i9 Hidrotônico para integrarem nos respectivos blogues, que tem como personagem principal um hipopótamo. A Coca-Cola Brasil já anunciou que não pagou aos bloggers em questão para divulgarem o novo produto. O anúncio foi desenvolvido pela NBS e estreou nas televisões brasileiras no passado domingo.</p>

<p>Coca-Cola Co agreed to pay $137.5 million (69.4 million pounds) to settle a shareholder lawsuit that claimed the world's largest soft drink maker artificially inflated sales to boost its stock price, according to court documents.</p>
<p>The lawsuit, filed in October 2000, claimed that in 1999 Coca-Cola had forced some bottlers to purchase hundreds of millions of dollars of unnecessary beverage concentrate in an effort to make its sales seem higher.</p>
<p>Bottlers use the beverage concentrate to make soft drinks.</p>
<p>Institutional investors, led by Carpenters Health &#38; Welface Fund of Philadelphia &#38; Vicinity, said the practice, known as "channel stuffing", artificially inflated Coca-Cola's results and gave investors a false picture of the company's health.</p>
<p>The investors claimed that Coca-Cola had failed to disclose material facts about its business and these omissions and misrepresentations harmed investors.</p>
<p>Without admitting any wrongdoing, Coca-Cola agreed to the settlement on June 26, according to court documents obtained by Reuters. The settlement was filed with the court on July 3.</p>
<p>Coca-Cola had previously denied any wrongdoing or liability, but agreed to settle the case to avoid lengthy and uncertain litigation, the settlement said.</p>
<p>The settlement applies to anyone who acquired Coca-Cola common stock from Oct 21, 1999 through March 6, 2000, according to the settlement agreement, which was filed with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.</p>
<p>In 2005, Coca-Cola settled a similar issue over the sale of excess beverage concentrate to bottlers in Japan between 1997 and 1999.</p>
<p>"Coca-Cola misled investors by failing to disclose end-of-period practices that impacted the company's likely future operating results," the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said at the time.</p>
<p>Coca-Cola admitted no wrongdoing and paid no fines in that settlement pact, but agreed to cease and desist from future securities violations and maintain tight internal controls on sales to bottlers and customers. The U.S. Department of Justice had closed an investigation without filing charges against the company.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Een stabiele economie, fraaie groei perspectieven en een strategische positie in Latijns Amerika zijn enkele belangrijke factoren waardoor Brazilië in het vizier ligt van grote buitenlandse bedrijven. Vorig jaar werd er 33,7 miljard dollar geïnvesteerd, dit jaar zal dat nog meer zijn. Bovendien staat Brazilië nu op de zesde plaats in de ranking van landen waar multinationals graag investeren, voor landen als Japan en Duitsland die toch als traditionele economische centra mogen beschouwd worden. Bij <a title="PricewaterhouseCoopers" href="http://www.pwc.com/" target="_blank">PricewaterhouseCoopers</a> ging Brazilië van de 20ste naar de 12de plaats in de ranking betreffende buitenlandse investeringen.</p>
<p>Investeringen gaan in stijgende lijn over gans de wereld, niet alleen in Brazilië. Maar er zijn enkele factoren die Brazilië bevoordelen, zoals de "Investment Grade", niet alleen toegekend door <a title="Standard &#38; Poor's" href="http://www2.standardandpoors.com/" target="_blank">Standard &#38; Poor's</a> maar ook door het bekende agentschap <a title="Fitch" href="http://www.fitchratings.com/" target="_blank">Fitch</a>. De investeringen zijn het grootst in de auto industrie, de chemische en technologische industrie. Een ander onderscheid moet gemaakt worden door het feit dat 70% van al die investeringen in Brazilië naar de bouw en ontwikkeling van nieuwe industriële centra gaan, terwijl de investeringen in andere landen meer gericht zijn op fusies en overnames. In Brazilië wordt op een verhoging van de productiviteit gemikt.</p>

<p>De Amerikaanse autobouwer GM bouwt een nieuwe fabriek voor automotoren en componenten in Joinville (Santa Catarina), Samsung kondigde de bouw aan van een nieuwe fabriek in Campinas (São Paulo) voor de productie van printers en multifunctionele apparaten. Volkswagen vrachtwagens &#38; bussen zal 1 miljard Reais investeren in Brazilië tot in 2012. Van de vier BRIC landen (Brazilië, Rusland, Indië en China) is Brazilië het best voorbereid op buitenlandse investeringen, aldus specialisten. Factoren als politieke stabiliteit, democratie en een groot potentieel aan landbouw en energie spelen hierin een belangrijke rol. Wie zijn nu de voornaamste investeerders? Op een rijtje:</p>
<p>- Nestlé (Zwitserland): R$ 50 miljoen om de productie te verdrievoudigen in de fabriek van Feira de Santana (Bahia).<br />
- Bayer (Duitsland): R$ 255 miljoen in verbeteringen en versterking van verschillende productie eenheden in het land, o.a. in Belford Roxo (Rio de Janeiro).<br />
- GM (Amerika): In verschillende stappen: R$ 30 miljoen, US$ 200 miljoen en nog eens US$ 500 miljoen in logistiek, nieuwe motoren en componenten fabriek in Joinville (Santa Catarina) en de ontwikkeling van een nieuw model tegen 2010 in de autofabriek van São José dos Campos (São Paulo).<br />
- Coca-Cola (Amerika): R$ 1,5 miljard in de uitbreiding van de productiecapaciteit, nieuwe fabrieken, marketing en ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten.<br />
- Carrefour (Frankrijk): R$ 1 miljard per jaar tussen 2008 en 2010 voor de opening van nieuwe verkoopspunten.<br />
- Citroën (Frankrijk): R$ 70 miljoen voor de vestiging van minstens 30 nieuwe concessionarissen.<br />
- Volkswagen (Duitsland): R$ 3,2 miljard tot in 2011 voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe technologieën, producten en machines.<br />
- Volkswagen vrachtwagens &#38; bussen (Duitsland): R$ 1 miljard voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten en de verhoging van de productie capaciteit.</p>
<p>Dit wil niet zeggen dat het allemaal rozengeur en maneschijn is, er zijn nog hindernissen te nemen zoals het gebrek aan een goede infrastructuur die de logistiek dwarsboomt. Andere hindernissen zijn de wisselkoers, de hoge intresten en de fiscale druk, dit alles gesterkt door een te grote bureaucratie en een ingewikkelde fiscale wetgeving.</p>

In tre secondi ho scattato la foto, ho fatto una smorfia, ho riso istericamente e poi sono corso al pc per mostrarvi la mitica, strabiliante, eccentrica <a href="http://vaffancola.versionadv.com/index.php?action=fullscreen&#38;locale=it_IT">VAFFANCOLA</a>!!!</p>

<title><![CDATA[Cows and Dogs in a Bear Market: Applying the BCG Matrix to Marketing]]></title>

<p>The stock market these days is looking about as appetizing as a plate of warmed-over head cheese. At the same time, the real estate market is making the head cheese look good. So as a result, many businesses are cutting their expenses, particularly in marketing.</p>
<p>Yes, as a devoted reader of this blog, you know they're making a mistake -- with the competition scampering and cowering like Dick Cheney during a terrorist attack, <a title="Marketing During a Recession, Part 3" href="http://coolrulespronto.wordpress.com/2008/06/05/pump-up-the-volume/" target="_blank">now would be a strategically killer time to invest in a full-on marketing offensive</a>.</p>
<p>But, alas, you have no choice. Most of your cash is going to gas-up your SUV, and the car dealership guys break into hysterics whenever you ask about trading it in.</p>
<p>So a cutting we go -- but where? Do you use your handful of ad dollars to hype your best selling products? Or do you try to rescue products that just aren't moving?<!--more--></p>
<p>This question crossed my mind the other day when I saw a big, expensive ad in the L.A. Times offering a great deal on a Hummer. Considering that consumers are now clamoring for small cars, is GM being smart or have they completely lost it? Of course, you know I've got an opinion, but let's have some fun and apply a little methodology...</p>
<p>One framework you can use here is the classic Boston Consulting Group Matrix, which has been taught to flocks of MBA students everywhere for over 30 years, but you get to learn it here free. (Is this blog a bargain or what?) The BCG matrix uses the criteria of market growth rate and market share to analyze product portfolios and allocate financial resources. It consists of a 2x2 matrix with four categories apparently named by a 3-year-old:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Question Marks:</strong> products with low share of a high-growth market</li>
<li><strong>Stars:</strong> products with high share of a high-growth market</li>
<li><strong>Cash Cows:</strong> products with high share of a low-growth market</li>
<li><strong>Dogs:</strong> products with low share of a low-growth market</li>
</ol>

<p>Theoretically, most products pass through all four stages as they mature, starting out as question marks and ending up as dogs. Some products can also sit right on a border between categories. (Note: I use "products" here, but you can also use the matrix to analyze brands or entire businesses.)</p>
<p>Now, if you've got time on your hands and really want to impress your boss, you can treat the crossbars of the matrix as an X axis and a Y axis, with your products relatively positioned within each box. However, doing so could lead to a marathon discussion over whether a product should be positioned a little bit higher or lower and possibly to the right a bit... in other words, the dreaded <a title="Paralysis by Analysis and other Joys of Marketing Research" href="http://coolrulespronto.wordpress.com/2008/05/10/research/" target="_blank">paralysis by analysis</a>. So unless you're getting paid by the hour, I recommend sticking to a simple 2x2 matrix.</p>
<p>Once you put all of your company's products into their respective categories, you then consider these rules:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Stars:</strong> invest your marketing dollars in these since they could become dominant market leaders</li>
<li><strong>Cash Cows:</strong> milk these to provide the cash to invest in your stars and a few question marks</li>
<li><strong>Question Marks:</strong> invest in the most promising of these as well -- but only a few</li>
<li><strong>Dogs:</strong> cut the leash and let these go to the highest bidder for some much needed cash</li>
</ol>
<p>To illustrate, imagine that you're Coca-Cola. Your portfolio might look something like this:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Question Mark:</strong> your energy drink brand (Full Throttle)</li>
<li><strong>Star:</strong> your bottled water (Dasani)</li>
<li><strong>Cash Cow:</strong> your namesake soft drink (Coca-Cola)</li>
<li><strong>Dog:</strong> your sweetened juice drink (Hi-C)</li>
</ul>
<p>As Coca-Cola's CMO, you would use income from Coke to invest primarily in Dasani and Full Throttle, while looking to sell off Hi-C to some private equity fund with too much cash on its hands.</p>
<p>But before you rush off and start reallocating your dinero, consider these caveats...<br />
<strong><br />
Caveat #1: Markets change with the economy and other conditions -- sometimes very quickly. </strong>What if consumers make a massive shift from bottled water to tap water, as many municipal governments are doing? Dasani is doomed. Or what if <a title="Tiki Bar TV" href="http://www.tikibartv.com" target="_blank">Tiki Bar TV</a> uses Hi-C as a drink mixer, making it a hip and trendy drink amongst geeks overnight? Your dog is now a star...<br />
<strong><br />
Caveat #2: One company's dog is another company's cash cow (or better).</strong> Some investors have struck gold by buying another company's dogs. In 2003, Nike bought troubled Converse for only $305 million (less than what the movie "Iron Man" earned in two months). Nike then marketed Converse through retailers (such as Target) where it would not allow its own brand to be sold. In 2007, Converse earned $550 million. With Nike's resources and marketing ingenuity, this old dog learned a few tricks.</p>
<p>What matters most is what makes sense for your business. For example, some companies might prefer to have cows over stars, because cows require less advertising and innovation. They're also less risky. So don't just rely on the BCG Matrix alone to make your decision -- it's just a start. Keep an eye on market trends, and <a title="Contact Atomic Tango" href="http://www.atomictango.com/contact.php" target="_blank">consult a marketing expert</a> about what you might be able do with the product.</p>
<p>Back to GM. As we all know, SUV's were stars just a couple of years ago, while small cars were dogs; now, because of evil gas prices, SUV's are barking while small cars are shining. So by advertising the Hummer, GM put their money into a dog. According to the BCG Matrix, that's not the best possible use of their limited resources. But of course, without bad decisions, GM wouldn't be GM now, would it?</p>

<p>Zwar gibt es in dieser Coke light Werbung keine nackten Oberkörper von gut gebauten Männern zu sehen, doch auch so wird klar welches Geschlecht angesprochen werden soll.</p>

<p>Nichtsdestotrotz darf man das Lied wohl auch als Mann gut finden. Von der dänischen Band <b>Alphabeat</b> wurde das Lied auf den Markt gebracht. Der Titel des Songs lautet <a href="http://www.lastfm.de/music/Alphabeat/_/Fascination?autostart" target="_blank"><b>Fascination</a></b>.<br />
Die obige Werbung kann auch in <a href="http://coke-light.de/video/coca_cola_light_tvc.mov.zip" target="_blank">guter Qualität direkt bei coke-light.de</a> runtergeladen werden.</p>
<p>Für alle die noch am Song in guter Qualität interessiert sind (auch hier habe ich das Lied wieder bei lastfm zum anhören im Stream gefunden), denen bleibt nur die Möglichkeit die <a href="http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00133FAOE?ie=UTF8&#38;tag=tvso-21&#38;linkCode=as2&#38;camp=1638&#38;creative=6742&#38;creativeASIN=B00133FAOE" target="_blank">Single <i>Fascination</i> bei Amazon zu bestellen</a>.<br />
Zwar íst das die momentan günstigste Variante um an das Lied zu kommen, doch 8 Euro sind in der Tat eine größere Investition für eine Single. <title><![CDATA[Hungary and online promotions in 2008 summer]]></title>

I needed some time to collect the materials for this post. And I mean it, my fingers are not enough to count the online promos of FMCG companies running at the same time and are <strong>based on some kind of a code redemption</strong> via online.</p>
<p>However the platform is the same (buy product, get a code and redeem it for rewards), the solutions and online media strategies worth to consider.</p>
<p>I will go in alphabetical order, but to keep this post's <span style="text-decoration:line-through;">short</span> normal length, I won't go into deep analysis, will focus on the specialties.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>I. <em><a href="http://www.7up.hu" target="_blank">7up.hu</a></em></strong><br />
Pepsi co's 7up brandsite after last years' 'upload your photo with <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fido_Dido" target="_blank">Fido</a>' activation (<em>not very original, is it?</em>) stresses the mental refreshment 7up can gives you by short quizzes you may take. If you are good enough, you can register for the prize drawing. They created a full flash site with a poor navigation and not very exciting additional services like message wall, or a v-card with your photo. The campaign creatives are also very common display ones.</p>

<p><strong><em>II. <a href="http://www.coke.hu" target="_blank">Coke.hu<br />
</a></em></strong>Coca-Cola continues a promotion started last year concentrating on giving <strong>music content</strong> and daily/weekly prizes for cap code points. Seems that music is an <a href="http://www.cokemusic.ie/" target="_blank">international</a> <a href="http://www.mycokemusic.com/" target="_blank">platform</a> but this year the promotion is extended with dedicated Coke Light and Coke Zero prizes. The content supply is wider therefore and structuring it with <strong>customizable skin</strong> is a good idea. Coca-Cola may talk to different target groups with this.</p>

<p><em>Special note:</em> It is interesting that Coca-Cola doesn't communicate the promotional prizes, they rather focus on the <strong>music content in</strong> <strong><a href="http://zene.hu/" target="_blank">communication</a></strong> as well.</p>

<p><em><strong>III. <a href="http://www.magnumcsokimisztikum.hu" target="_blank">Magnumcsokimisztikum.hu</a></strong><br />
</em>Very nice design and good concept. But Unilever Hungary has very well organized former activations so I am sure their agency has an easy job to sell a good online conception for them. I have two concerns though:<br />
1. For the target audience navigation is a bit complicated. I wouldn't develop a full flash site for supporting such a complex promotion with story and video uploads.<br />
2. The domain is too long to remember. If you place it in print/TV copies, no one will remember it. It requires therefore continuos online support to get the users coming back.</p>

<p><strong><em>IV. <a href="http://www.momentcity.hu" target="_blank">Momentcity.hu</a><br />
</em></strong>Momentcity by Nescafé has started last year and was renewed this spring. Momentcity 2 pretends to be an entertainment portal by offering music and video content, chat and online games besides a webstore where you can buy good for points collected with Nescafé product codes. Navigation on this site is really slow due to the big flash files that make the experience poor. However, I guess it <strong>offers the biggest content supply</strong>, I don't think it can be successful on a long-term basis as returning/loyal users will <strong>get bored with the navigation process</strong>.</p>

<p><strong><em>V. <a href="http://www.sportszelet.hu" target="_blank">Sportszelet.hu</a></em></strong><br />
It is a special Hungarian chocolate brand that is on the market for more the 50 years. They also had a promotion last year with user video uploads (like 7up) but this year the promotion mechanism is not any better, really. Tough, the execution is again very entertaining. Both the text and the design. My advice for them is to try harder, work more on the conception, because design and format is just not enough in such an ad noise.</p>

<p><strong>VI. <a href="http://www.tictactuti.hu" target="_blank">Tictactuti.hu</a></strong><br />
This is a very special one. They are <strong>one of the early birds</strong> that believed internet is a good channel for brandbuilding. They <a href="http://web.archive.org/web/20051001061842/http://tictactuti.hu/" target="_blank">started</a> a community back in 2005. They had an advantage then but couldn't live with it. They chose a <strong>wrong platform by kept trying to build and maintain a community</strong>:<br />
1. Community market has become very tough, even in Hungary. A brand with same community services cannot compete with communities belong to a media owner.<br />
2. Tictac as a freshmint candy brand of Ferrero will never have such a strong engagement that can fanatize people to be the member of that community.<br />
3. A community needs continuos animation that requires a big budget. From small money you cannot build and keep a community.<br />
Anyway, this summer the <a href="http://tictactuti.hu/" target="_blank">portal</a> has got a facelift, but they are still pushing this community thing. According to their own counter there are 8 thousand registered members, which means they have a lot to do, especially if they want to keep these members.</p>

</strong>The extra one is <a href="http://www.pepsi.hu" target="_blank">Pepsi</a>. But not because they had such a special promotion. The reason is that their movement how they <strong>acquired their own </strong><a href="http://pepsifoci.hu/" target="_blank"><strong>medium</strong></a> and linked the brand to football is brilliant. They now have to work on how they crosspromote the brand content and football-related one, as it wasn't ideal over their promotion period. Using this synergy is important for them as Coca-Cola's online activities has been very impressive.</p>

<p>I have to add that this list is very subjective, and doesn't contain all the promotions running online in Hungary (eg: no beer code collection promotions covered, however there are running at least two at the moment). But, as Hungarians are playful people, with strong traditions in promotions, advertisers has to follow the <strong>afterlife of their activities</strong> <a href="http://webnyeremeny.hu/" target="_blank">here</a> and everywhere else. There is also a new market growing, changing, selling and buying the codes. <a href="http://veszek.mindenkilapja.hu/?m=2347502" target="_blank">Funny</a>.</p>
<p>As a summary, have a look on the promotions ranking - according to <a href="http://trends.google.com/websites?q=wikipedia.org" target="_blank">Google</a> (the ones that are not on the shot below have no data available).</p>

<p>Wonderful Coke Side of Life billboard in Bangkok, created by a Thai artist. In the artwork, you can see a temple and pagoda sparkling in the sun and some Tuk Tuk cars (3-wheeled motorcycles with a covered top and place for passengers). Bangkok, the City of Angels, is also known for its extraordinary museums, shopping centers and the charming street stalls where you can find some cool &#38; crazy stuff.<br />
No wonder the cute little character in the illustration is saying: "Whenever I come to Bangkok, I fall in love with this city". Bangkok, the Happy City in the Land of Smiles.</p>

<p>Como na internet, todo mundo tem direito a dar pitaco, aí vai o meu, que não representa necessariamente a visão do Fabs:</p>
<p><img class="alignleft" src="http://www.brainstorm9.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2008/07/aluguelblog.png" alt="" />Acho, na verdade, que muito do que se fala a respeito da polêmica gerada pelo Blue Bus (entenda lendo rapidamente <a href="http://www.bluebus.com.br/show/1/84915/coca_cola_apresenta_hidrotonico_com_acao_em_blogs_de_aluguel" target="_blank">isso</a>, <a href="http://www.bluebus.com.br/show/1/84926/_blog_de_aluguel_a_expressao_nao_tem_sentido_pejorativo_rafael" target="_blank">isso</a>, <a href="http://www.contraditorium.com/2008/07/04/e-o-blueblus-pelo-jeito-se-vende-bem-barato/" target="_blank">isso</a> e <a href="http://freelandoprodiabo.com/?p=3" target="_blank">isso</a>), um dos mais acessados sites de <span style="text-decoration:line-through;">notícias</span> sobre <span style="text-decoration:line-through;">comunicação</span>, não passa de um romantismo blogueiro virtual. Não quero aqui diminuir a importância e relevância dos conteúdos gerados nos blogs. Um dia desses dei uma palestra na <a href="http://www.doisnovemeia.com.br" target="_blank">Doisnovemeia</a> onde falava um pouco sobre internet e demonstrei minha posição altamente favorável e simpaticíssima ao meio virtual e à geração de conteúdo online, mais especificamente em blogs. O negócio é que a mecânica dessa geração de conteúdo é muito simples e as pessoas andam complicando!</p>
<p>Se eu recebo uma geladeirinha USB da Coca, testo, acho legal, eu vou postar, porque eu acho que é um conteúdo relevante. Ou não. Pronto.</p>
<p>Não tem essa de blog-de-aluguel, blogueiro que se vende, vamos-nos-manifestar-pra-defender-nossa-classe.... Blogueiro por essência escreve sobre o que acha relevante, sobre o que acha bom. Os leitores de blogs hoje são críticos, espertos e sagazes em sua maioria. São pessoas que escolhem muito bem o que vão ler. Se o conteúdo do cabra não tem relevância nenhuma pro fulano, o fulano não vai ler e ponto final. É assim que funciona, independente dos posts serem pagos ou não.</p>
<p>Pensem sobre o que é, afinal de contas, um post pago? Tem problema o conteúdo ser financiado se os leitores se sentem felizes lendo aquilo? Se eu fui numa pre-estréia de filme a convite, como exemplificou <a href="http://www.contraditorium.com/2008/07/04/e-o-blueblus-pelo-jeito-se-vende-bem-barato/" target="_blank">Cardoso</a>, e posto uma resenha convidando todos a assistirem, é porque eu achei que meus leitores se sentiriam bem com minha indicação. E se não se sentirem, por um acaso, eles aos poucos não vão mais seguir essas indicações e eu vou perdendo confiança do público.</p>
<p>Um blogueiro de sucesso é uma pessoa na qual seus leitores confiam. É bem simples. Se pra você, meus assuntos, posições e opiniões têm a mesma relevância que eles têm pra mim, então eu sou um blogueiro de confiança. Você vai confiar no meu conteúdo como sendo autêntico e genuíno.</p>
<p>Palavra do post: relevância.</p>
<p>PS: Como o Fabs falou antes, as teias de aranha no blog foram construídas devido ao famigerado fim-de-semestre na  universidade. Como eu sempre digo no <a href="http://twitter.com/viniciusmoreira">twitter</a>, a faculdade atrapalha a vida profissional. Atom enerjisiyle çalışıyor çünkü onu yapacak alet.Bireeeh, üühhh be arkadaş. Dur dur, hemen kızma, esas haberi duymadın abi, bu maili yollamazsan Ağutosta Msn paralı olcakmış!! "ATIYOSAAAN??!". Yolladınız di mi bir de inanıp sizi allah naapmasın, maymun ettiniz kendinizi 'nolur-nolmaz' forwardları ile . İşin kötü tarafı bu yazıyı da 10 arkadaşınıza göndermezseniz 3 vakte kadar rüyanıza girecek Tibetli kambur bir rahipten kötü haber alacaksınız, kusura bakmayın bende lanetten kurtulayım diye yaptım, yan basmiyim diye sağlama aldım kendimi. Olay şuydu ki maili gönderdiğiniz her kişi için 245 dolar alıyoruz ve Microsoft 2 hafta geçmeden çeki mailimize yolluyor, yolladığınız mailler takip edilecek böylece Microsoft yaptığı araştırma ile piyasanın en büyük şirketi olduğunu kanıtlayacak... Ya siz manyak mısınız, rüyanıza zenci program coderları mı girdi?<br />
2.<span style="color:#ff0000;">Amerikan iç savaşı sırasında, bir askerin penisinden geçen bir kurşunun verandasında oturan bir kadının içine girmesi sonucunca kadın hamile kaldı!</span> Ya nerden başlasam bilemiyorum ki, fantezi desen denmez, hayal gücü desen denmez, bu ne biçim şey arkadaş, bu nasıl bir akıl, bu nasıl bir beyin, aklım boşaldı. Sanırım Coca-Cola ile aklınızda tek soru işareti bırakmayacak bilgi soğuk içilmesinin gerekliliği.<br />
5.<span style="color:#ff0000;">The Beatles'ın ilk kez televizyona çıktığı The Ed Sullivan Show esnasında ABD'de suç oranı tabana indi!</span> Evet tabi ki böyle bir şey gerçekleşmemişi grubun bilinen sapık, hırsız ve katil türleri üstünde yatıştırıcı etkisine rastlanmadı. Ayrıca 1950'lerde Superman'i oynayan George Reeves rolünün etkisine kapılıp kendisinin de süper güçleri olduğunu düşündüğü için uçmaya kalkışırken ölmedi. <blockquote><p>Twenty years ago <a href="http://beamends.typepad.com/simons_blog/">Simon Berry</a> was a development worker in North Zambia, conscious that while he could buy a bottle of Coke anywhere, children were dying through inadequate distribution of simple medical treatments. In many cases they simply needed rehydration salts. Wouldn't it be possible to reach an agreement by which Coca Cola used a small part of its superior distribution capacity to get the medicine to children?</p>
<p>Simon explains: </p>
<blockquote><p>"The idea came to me - but I had no mechanism for sharing it with people. At least, I did have mechanisms, but they were one to one mechanisms, and the thing never got any traction. But now, with the whole Web 2.0 thing, one person can have an idea, and gather other people around that idea, very, very easily."</p></blockquote>
<p>Simon has done just that. Starting with a <a href="http://beamends.typepad.com/simons_blog/">blog</a>, and then a <a href="http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=18947780476">Facebook group</a>, Simon has been interviewed on BBC radio, and attracted the support of New Seekers' Eve Graham. The New Seekers original song 'I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing' was adopted by Coke. Coca Cola were at first unresponsive, however have now said they would be happy to talk to Simon. </p>

<p>Dice un viejo adagio popular "todos los pícaros son tontos, los buenos siempre ganan a la larga". No pocas veces la vida me ha demostrado la validez de la frase antes citada, aunque los llamados pícaros rara vez aceptan estar representando el papel de idiotas y continúan pensando son unos ¨bárbaros" o la última Coca-Cola del desierto. Hoy les traigo un cuento corto, una especie de fábula. Esta es en realidad una colaboración de mi amigo El Santo el cual compartió el cuentecito con su grupo de amigos, en el cual tengo el honor de incluirme.</p>
<p align="justify">
<h5><strong>LA FÁBULA DEL BOBO.</strong></h5>
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify">Se cuenta que en una ciudad del interior, un grupo de personas se divertían con el bobo del pueblo, un pobre infeliz de poca inteligencia, quien vivía haciendo pequeños mandados y limosnas. Diariamente algunos hombres llamaban al bobo al bar donde se reunían y le ofrecían escoger entre dos monedas: una de tamaño grande de 400 reales y otra de menor tamaño, pero de 2000 reales. Él siempre cogía la más grande y menos valiosa, lo que era motivo de risas para todos.</p>
<p align="justify">Un día, alguien que observaba al grupo divertirse con el inocente hombre, lo llamó aparte y le preguntó si todavía no había percibido que la moneda de mayor tamaño valía menos y este le respondió: Lo sé, no soy tan tonto. Ella vale cinco veces menos, pero el día que escoja la otra, el jueguito acaba y no voy a ganar más monedas.</p>
<p align="justify">Esta historia podría concluir aquí, como un simple chiste pero se puede sacar varias conclusiones:</p>
<p align="justify">La primera: Quien parece bobo, no siempre lo es.<br />
La segunda: ¿Cuáles eran los verdaderos tontos de la historia?<br />
La tercera: Una ambición desmedida puede acabar cortando tu fuente de ingresos.</p>
<p align="justify">Pero la conclusión más interesante es:<br />
Podemos estar bien, aun cuando los otros no tengan una buena opinión sobre nosotros mismos. Por lo tanto, lo que importa no es lo que piensan de nosotros, sino lo que uno piensa de sí mismo.<strong> 'El verdadero hombre inteligente es el que aparenta ser bobo delante de un bobo que aparenta ser inteligente'</strong></p>

Estava eu hoje procurando inspiração para um post bem legal pra vcs, que fosse diferente, a]]></description>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Estava eu hoje procurando inspiração para um post bem legal pra vcs, que fosse diferente, algo novo e interessante pra fechar a semana com chave de ouro (nooossa!). Então, navegando encontrei fotografias das latas e logos de Coca-Cola em diferentes países. Na hora, pensei: isso dá um post muito legal!! Então fiz uma pequena compilagem de algum rotuloss.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Olhando essas imagens, percebemos a padronização que a Coca-Cola impoe em relação a estilo da embalagem, cores e até campanhas (Enjoy Coke!, por exemplo), porém em alguns casos há a necessidade de adaptar o nome do produto a lingua local. Repare que mesmo com mudanças na tipografia conforme o idioma, o estilo "coca-cola" de escrever com linhas se entrelaçando não deixa de existir (ou pelo menos aquela linha curva abaixo do nome!). Talvez a excessão seja a versão chinesa, mas creio que mesmo com aqueles caracteres "quadrados" eles conseguiram imputar as curvas da Coca.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Em outros casos, vemos que eles insistem em colocar o nome original em baixo da palavra que na lingua local, talvez, mais se aproxime da pronuncia "co-ca-co-la". Isso é algo bastante interessante, pois fica claro que a Coca quer, quando local e linguísticamente possível, que seu logo seja sempre o original. Creio que, pra eles tirarem o "Coca-Cola" pra por outra palavra é por total falta de condições de trabalhar com o "nome" original (ex: os logos arabe, hebraico, koreano, chines..). Mas geralmente em lugares que não se usa o logo original eles produzem o rótulo em duas partes: metade o logotipo original e metade o local.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Somente um ali que eu achei que mudou bastante: o em aramáico, que é vendido na Etiópia. Como ja diria os grandes pensdores: toda regra tem sua excessão!</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Essa pequena coleção mostra diversos pontos interessantes: a regionalização de marcas sem perder a originalidade; a força de uma marca que sofre modificações mas ainda sim é reconhesível (tenho certeza que se eu não soubesse que empresa era, mas apenas visse o fundo vermelho com o escrito entrelaçado, saberia na hora que se tratava da Coca, mesmo não entendendo o que ali estava escrito); a forma que uma marca se fixa na mente dos consumidores, não apenas pelo nome, mas também por toda a sua identidade visual.</p>

<p>Kheb vandaag een half dagje verlof kunnen pakken en ben toch nog op de proclamatie geraakt. En ik ben er door. Met 0,3% te weinig om onderscheiding te halen, om precies te zijn... Jawel... U leest dat goed. Nul komma f*ing drie procent :)<br />
Nu ja, tkan me eigenlijk weinig schelen. Ik ben tevreden met mijn punten, ik ben geslaagd, ik ben afgestudeerd, en over de drie jaar heen heb ik wel onderscheiding en dat zal zo ook op men diploma komen. ;)</p>
<p>Op het studio vlak nog geen nieuws, kheb wel een paar dingen gevonden op internet, maar ik moet nog contact opnemen en het is nogal druk geweest deze week. Maar ik heb nog tijd, en ik zie het wel goed komen. Ik zou liever eerst afwachten totdat ik iets meer weet over men contract, of het verlengd gaat worden of niet. En dat zou ik normaal gezien in de komende twee weken moeten horen.<br />
Ik heb via een collega ook weet gekregen van een vacature in Research and Development. Dat is iets dat ik echt supergraag zou willen doen. Nieuwe smaken/producten ontwikkelen... labowerk en research, veel reizen, zowel met je handen als met je hoofd bezig zijn, bangelijk gewoon... :)</p>
<p>Die job zou in Anderlecht zijn, maar dan nog zou ik in Gent blijven wonen. Ik ben hier veel te graag, en voor een droomjob zou ik de dagelijkse file en of overvolle treinrit wel over hebben.</p>
<p>Anyhow, voorlopig denk ik daar allemaal eventjes niet meer aan. Morgen nog een dagje werken en dan kan ik zaterdag genieten van een gezellige BBQ met men vrienden. Kzie er al naar uit!</p>

Los análisis efectuados sobre la <a title="Coca Cola" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coca-Cola" target="_blank"><span>Coca-Cola</span></a> desde 1902 hasta nuestros días, utilizando  todo tipo de pruebas, han mostrado los siguientes resultados acerca de la  composición de la bebida para elaborar un galón (4,546 litros) de jarabe de  Coca-Cola:</span></p>

<li><span style="color:#000000;">Azúcar disuelto en agua: 2.400 g. (Hoy en día en EE.UU. se está utilizando    jarabe de maíz bajo el nombre de fructosa)</span></li>

<h3><span style="color:#000000;">Mitos sobre la Coca Cola:</span></h3>
<blockquote><p><span style="color:#000000;">Es un potente <strong>quitamanchas</strong>: Elimina manchas de    sangre, de grasa y muchas más. Sirve como detergente.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">El <strong><a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/PH" target="_blank"><span>pH</span></a></strong> del <a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%81cido_fosf%C3%B3rico" target="_blank"><strong><span>ácido fosfórico</span></strong></a> es 1.6: esto basta para    disolver un clavo en 4 días. Este ácido es el que hace que un trozo de carne    se disuelva en pocas horas. Según muchos este ácido es muy venenoso.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">Funciona muy bien como <strong>desatascador</strong> y para quitar el    óxido. Es un fuerte anticorrosivo.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">La<strong> cafeína</strong> de la Coca-Cola provoca grandes problemas de    salud a los consumidores como taquicardia y alteraciones del sueño. Además la    cafeína fría multiplica sus efectos.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">La Coca-Cola lleva<strong> cocaína</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> entre sus ingredientes.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">La Coca-Cola es<strong> adictiva y provoca enfermedades</strong> como    diabetes, osteoporosis o crisis de ansiedad.</span></p></blockquote>
<h3><span style="color:#000000;">Refutando los mitos:</span></h3>
<blockquote><p><span style="color:#000000;">La Coca-Cola <strong>no es un detergente</strong> y no quita las manchas    mejor que estos. En una gran parte la Coca-Cola es agua carbonatada, con    contenido ácido. El agua es el mayor disolvente conocido y más si está    mezclada con ácidos como en el caso de la Coca-Cola, así que no debe extrañar    que limpie ciertas manchas por efecto del agua que tiene la Coca-Cola.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">El<strong> pH </strong>de la Coca-Cola es 2.8 y el pH del ácido fosfórico    es el mismo que el <strong>de los jugos gástricos</strong>. Es difícil que sea    peligrosa ya que el organismo es capaz de generar sustancias más “corrosivas”    que la Coca-Cola. Anque su acidez puede dañar los dientes y huesos si se    ingiere en grandes cantidades.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">La Coca-Cola <strong>no puede sustituir a ningún desatascador</strong>.    Este es un “remedio casero muy popular”, como podría ser el efecto del agua    con vinagre para combatir piojos. Eso no hace del vinagre una sustancia    nociva, en cantidades apropiadas, para el organismo.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">Una botella de Coca-Cola de las que se piden en los bares contiene en torno    a 20 miligramos de cafeína, sin embargo el <strong>café o el té</strong> pueden contener <strong>entre 3 y 8 veces más cafeína</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">La Coca-Cola tenía entre sus ingredientes a la <strong>hoja de    coca</strong>. Eso sí, no tenía nada que ver con el alcaloide de la <a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coca%C3%ADna" target="_blank"><span>cocaína</span></a> que es extraído de la hoja para elaborar    cocaína.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">La cafeína que contiene la Coca-Cola es <strong>adictiva</strong>, pero    sólo <strong>en grandes dosis</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;">. No genera enfermedades, aunque sí que    puede agravar algunas por su efecto estimulante y su alto contenido de azúcar,    así como por el ácido fosfórico y la  cafeína.</span></p></blockquote>
