Kemarin sore setelah selesai dengan sebuah urusan di Colorado Springs aku langsung bergabung dengan suamiku dan sahabatnya Titian yang sedang berhappy hour di Good company.  Mereka berada disana sejak pukul 03:30 sore dan aku bergabung dengan mereka sekitar pukul 05:00 sore.  Ketika sampai di Good company aku duduk diantara Marvin dan Titian.  Aku langsung terlibat percakapan yang sangat menarik dengan Titian dan Marvin.

Sampai pada saat pukul 05:30 Titian harus pergi karena dia kebagian tugas untuk membeli semua minuman dan makanan yang akan dihidangkan di rumah Robert dengan title “Poker Night”.  Poker night ini khusus untuk “Men Night” yang semua adalah teman-teman Marvin.  Sayang sekali Marvin tidak bisa bergabung karena kita sudah terlanjur berjanji akan menghadiri Perayaan Ulang Tahun Jacob, suami teman saya Meili. 

Karena acara pesta Ulang Tahun dimulai pukul 07:00 malam aku dan Marvin menghabiskan waktu berdua duduk di Bar sambil ngobrol nglor-ngidul.  Dan tanpa sengaja mataku bersitatap dengan lelaki yang duduk disebelah Marvin.  Demi Tuhan aku tidak sengaja dan tatapan mataku tadi hanya sekedar glance tidak ada artinya sama sekali.  Tapi entah kenapa aku melihat laki-laki itu sering memperhatikan diriku.  Padahal dia sudah tau aku duduk dengan mesra dan sesekali berciuman dengan suamiku yang duduk persis disampingnya.

Aku pura-pura tidak melihatnya dan cuek dengan pemandangan itu, tapi ternyata sang pria disebelah Marvin itu membelikan saya dan Marvin Joger bomb.  Semula Marvin bingung siapa yang membilikan minuman itu?  Dia fikir Titian, tapi aku tahu bahwa pria disebelahnya lah yang membelikan minuman itu akhirnya Marvin mulai berkomunikasi dengan pria tersebut.  Walaupun tidak tahu kenapa dia membelikan kami minuman kami segera berterimakasih.  Dan pria tersebut mengajak bersulang, aku hanya pura-pura minum karena aku memang tidak bisa minum minuman beralkohol. 

Akhirnya pukul 06:46 malam tiba dan kami meninggalkan good company, Sebelum keluar Marvin membalas dengan membelikan kedua pria tersebut Joger bomb dan kami berpamitan.  Dari pengalaman kemarin malam, sepertinya menjaga tatapan mata memang sangat penting.  Terutama dengan lawan jenis.  Hhmm….  Kebetulan nanti malam saya, Marvin dan beberapa teman akan bergembira bersama untuk merayakan “Ulang Tahun sahabat kami Olivia” di Blondies semoga hal ini tidak terjadi lagi.  Sekalian mo ngucapin Selamat Ulang Tahun Olivia, semoga panjang umur, sehat selalu dan Semoga Kebahagian serta kesuksesan senantiasa menyertaimu dan keluarga. thanks

Last night at Brewsters, I joined many friends in watching By Hook or Crook and John Brown & the Cougars perform. It was so much fun. Brewster Busters, or Rooster Boosters, or whatever they’re called, filled the room. The music was the best I’ve ever heard from either                                            band. To date, it was the best show I’ve seen in Joplin.

On a side note, Brewsters is rapidly becoming a top contender for a Bestie in 2009 as the Best Bar in the area. Keep an eye out for them.

Beeing now in Berlin for three weeks I start to feel comforatble in my appartment and I am starting to explore Berlins infinite nightlife. That’s why I am not that active here on the blog.

TIJUANA.- Se elevó a cinco el número de personas muertas a causa de la balacera cometida por un grupo de sicarios anoche en el bar “Utopía” de Otay Universidad, confirmaron autoridades policiales.

En tanto, sujetos armados disfrazados de elementos de la Agencia Federal de Investigación (AFI), remataron a uno de los heridos en el Hospital del Prado. Los gatilleros ingresaron al nosocomio y acribillaron a un sujeto identificado como Gustavo Herrera.

Entre las victimas se encuentran dos hombres y una mujer sin identificar, y alrededor de diez personas más con lesiones.

Los heridos fueron trasladados al Hospital General de Tijuana. En dicho nosocomio, las autoridades confirmaron que esta mañana dos de las personas lesionadas que ingresaron gravemente, fallecieron a causa de las graves heridas.

Al menos cuatro de los pacientes que sufrieron de lesiones de menor gravedad, serán dados de alta en el transcurso de día.

Los heridos fueron Arturo Vízcarra Coronel, de 57 años, que recibió una herida por arma de fuego en la espalda, Jorge Amilán Hernández Alaniz de 20 años, con una herida en el fémur derecho y rótula izquierda; Antonio Beristain Arroyo de 30 con un impacto en la espalda.

Vanesa Romero Hernández de 25 años con un balazo en el brazo izquierdo, José Eduardo Rodríguez de 20 años, sufrió una lesión por arma de fuego en el pie izquierdo, Yiyo Guillén González de 24 años, también fue herido en el brazo izquierdo.

En el caso de Adrián de 25, ingresó al Hospital General muy grave. En tanto que Zulema Patricia González Ávila de 23 años recibió impactos en el pómulo, nariz y mano derecha mientras que su hermana Gabriela de 26, sufrió impactos e diferentes partes del cuerpo. Ricardo Campos Hernández de 26 años fue impactado en la sien derecha.

Mientras tanto, los sicarios cometieron una ejecución más al rematar a uno de los heridos en el Hospital del Prado.

Durante la madrugada de este sábado, se hicieron pasar por conocidos del paciente, y lo remataron en su la cama.

Las autoridades reportaron que los sicarios huyeron y en el lugar de los hechos solo encontraron capuchas e insignias de la AFI tirados en la banqueta.

SUBE EL NÚMERO DE MUERTOS DEL ATAQUE A BAR

TIJUANA.- De la balacera anoche en el bar Utopía de la calzada Tecnológico, se confirmó la muerte de dos personas más, lo que eleva a 5 el número de muertos.
Dos hombres y una mujer sin identificar resultaron sin vida y diez personas más con lesiones, durante la ejecución de anoche en la delegación Mesa de Otay.
Los heridos fueron trasladados todos en ambulancias al Hospital General donde se confirmó esta mañana, que dos de las personas lesionadas que ingresaron gravemente, no lograron sobrevivir pese a los esfuerzos de los galenos, sin proporcionar nombres.
A la vez se informó que al menos cuatro de los pacientes que sufrieron de lesiones de menor gravedad, podrán ser dados de alta este mismo día, pero tampoco proporcionó sus generales como una medida de seguridad.
Por parte de la autoridad municipal, se pudo obtener los nombres de los diez lesionados.

Asesinan a tres jóvenes en bar; hallan 200 casquillos

TIJUANA, Baja California(PH)
Tres muertos y once heridos, entre los que se presume hay jóvenes universitarios, fue el saldo de un ataque registrado a las 22:06 horas del viernes, en un centro nocturno de Otay ubicado a menos de un kilómetro de la UABC.

Información obtenida por Frontera indica que los sicarios llegaron al ‘Bar Utopía’ a bordo de un automóvil compacto blanco y de un taxi libre, del que descendieron armados, encapuchados y amenazando a varios jóvenes que estaban en las afueras del lugar.

Fuentes policiales confiaron a Frontera que los sicarios formaron a quienes estaban en el lugar y después los fusilaron con armas de grueso calibre; elementos de la Dirección de Periciales encontraron al menos 200 casquillos de armas AK-47 y R-15 en el lugar.

Siete ambulancias trasladaron a los heridos al Hospital General que, hasta el momento permanecían fuertemente custodiado por policías federales.

Los once lesionados, entre los que había un Policía Municipal y un empleado del lugar, se reportaban graves, la mayoría con varias balas incrustadas en distintas partes del cuerpo

El director de la Policía Municipal, Julián Leyzaola, arribó a la escena del crimen e interrogó a los testigos que resultaron ilesos, mientras que el Servicio Médico Forense levantaba los cadáveres.

En la búsqueda que organizaron todas las policías de la ciudad para ubicar los automóviles no hubo resultados positivos.

UNA MUJER Y DOS HOMBRES ASESINADOS

Un empleado y dos clientes parecen ser las victimas fatales del ataque perpetrado por los asesinos en el bar Utopía de la calzada Tecnológico.

Se trata de una mujer y dos hombres, segón informes extraoficiales recabados en el lugar de los hechos.

El ataque ocurrió antes de las 10 de la noche, cuando el “lounge” ubicado en la mesa de Otay y muy popular entre los jovenes, se encontraba muy concurrido a juzgar por el número de personas que resultaron heridas en el atentado.

Al menos media docena de ambulancias fueron necesarias para atender a los heridos, entre los cuales se reportó un guardia de seguridad del establecimiento.

Varios de los lesionados fueron trasladados al hospital donde agentes federales mantienen un cerco de seguridad.

En el lugar del crimen se presentaron agentes de la AFI y de la PGR, pero la investigación quedó a cargo de la policía ministerial.

Informes preeliminares indican que un grupo de al menos 4 sujetos fuertemente armados irrumpio en el lugar y abrió fuego contra los presentes.

Una balacera se suscitó en el bar Utopía ubicado en la calzada tecnológico, en la delegación Otay.

Un amplio despliegue de fuerzas policíacas se ha visto en la zona.

Al parecer, hay 3 muertos y aproximadamente 10 heridos,entre ellos se cree que hay un guardia de seguridad del lugar.

Autoridades buscan un vehícula Sedan blanco. Se presume que en ese automóvil llegaron los agresores.

Acribillan a tres personas en Otay y once más resultan heridos
*.- Fueron asesinados en un bar cercano a la UABC durante la noche

TIJUANA, BC, 22 de noviembre de 2008 (AFN).- Decenas de
casquillos percutidos fueron encontrados la noche del viernes fuera
de un bar en Otay y alrededor de estos, los cuerpos de tres
personas y once lesionados luego que varios sicarios los
“formaron” y les dispararon.
Con base a información proporcionada por autoridades policíacas,
los hechos ocurrieron poco después de las 22:00 horas en un bar
conocido como Utopía, ubicado en la avenida Tecnológico a poca
distancia de la Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
Los maleantes encapuchados, según relataron testigos del crimen,
llegaron a bordo de dos vehículos tipo sedán, uno de ellos similar a
los llamados “taxi libre” y una vez que se detuvieron frente al
establecimiento sacaron sus armas y amenazaron a los clientes del
local.
Fue entonces que los “formaron” y rafaguearon con armas AK47 y
R15, dejando sin vida a dos hombres y una mujer, mientras que
otros once quedaron tendidos sobre el piso con serias lesiones.
Los heridos fueron trasladados en por lo menos siete ambulancias
de diferentes instituciones hacia el Hospital General. Entre las
víctimas mortales se encuentran dos hombres y una mujer.

Olá, eu sou o irmão Israel e moro em Macatuba, cidadezinha do interior de SP, perto de Bauru.

Sou evangélico, desde pequeno, graças a Deus. Venho relatar a vocês uma vitória da minha religião sobre uma religião indigna (católicos).

Tenho o orgulho em dizer que todos os dias eu vou ao culto louvar ao nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo.

Mas acontece que existe um botequim ao lado do nosso Templo. Este lugar pecaminoso, cheio de pessoas errantes e cheias de vícios horríveis é lotado de, adivinha… católicos! E esses infelizes vivem dizendo se sentir incomodados com o nosso “barulho”, que chamamos de “louvor a Deus”! Louvação não é barulho, porra!
Pior é eles que trazem mulheres seminuas e formam uma roda de samba com pandeiro e cavaquinho, gritaria e risadeira, fazendo questão de ser na mesma hora do nosso culto!

Aqui em Macatuba houve aquele caso RIDÍCULO da imagem de Jesus chorando sangue, o que fortaleceu a fé desses infelizes. Eles adoram imagens! A Bíblia diz claramente que o Senhor condena esse ato!

Às vezes quando estamos dandos graças ou entoando uma linda canção a Jesus Cristo, esses infiéis passam na frente da igreja dizendo para parar de “gritar”, que “Jesus não é surdo” e muitas vezes gritam palavrões!
Muitas crianças frequentam nosso templo e têm de ouvir essas barbaridades! É terrível esse desrespeito!

 Ultimamente eles estavam abusando demais. Além de gritar que o nosso Deus é o “Deus do dinheiro”, atiravam pedras. Batiam nas janelas com pedaços de ferro. Chegaram até a furar o pneu de alguns carros estacionados em frente ao Templo! Isso é coisa de gente de bem?

Tivemos uma reunião muito séria na congregação. 
Juntos, pedimos ao nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo que nos desse uma luz! E então, como que tomado pelo poder de Deus, o pastor Silas, teve uma grande idéia. Seu brilho peculiar nos olhos denotava que havia recebido uma resposta do Senhor.

No culto de sábado, nenhuma mulher nem criança compareceria. Era para um bem maior, em nome de Jesus.

Começamos o culto normalmente, só os homens. Apenas esperando a intromissão daqueles católicos vagabundos desgraçados.
Foi então que um grupo deles, começou a tocar pandeiro cantar bem alto em frente ao nosso culto! Absurdo! Estava começando a provocação! Aí um desses católicos bêbados gritou:
- AE CRENTAIADA FIADAPUTA! LARGA DISSOAI VEM AQUI BEBER COM NOIS!

 Era hora de agir, acabar com aquele desrespeito com Deus.

Esperamos 10 minutos e então saímos do Templo com porretes de ferro, facas de açougueiro e o que mais a providência de nosso Senhor nos ofereceu. O pastor Silas estava com uma carabina semi-automática e foi quem tomou a iniciativa para nossa Vitória em Cristo.

Ele foi beirando a grade da entrada do Templo, e se escondeu atrás de um poste, dali mesmo ele mirou e atirou acertando no meio da testa do desgraçado que tocava pandeiro. Ponto pra Jesus!

Esse foi o sinal. Os infelizes estavam desconcertados. Todos nós corremos em direção ao bar.
Eu fui o primeiro, derrubei um bêbado da cadeira de alumínio e bati, bati, bati nele com o porrete de ferro até ver ossos expostos e falta de vida em seus olhos!

Ezequiel, passou por mim e acertou uma porretada bem na nuca de outro, que cuspiu sangue pela boca e caiu no chão durinho. hehe

Pastor Silas deu outro tiro certeiro. Dessa fez foi na mulata seminua. Aquela serva do Diabo estava tentando fugir.

O dono do botequim tirou debaixo do balcão um revólver 38 e começou a disparar em nossa direção. Um tiro acertou Lucas, nosso melhor tocador de flauta-transversal!
Isso nos encheu de raiva e Samuel e eu pulamos por cima do balcão, onde o dono do botequim, aquele miserável, aguardava com uma faca, pois estava sem balas.

Atingi ele no braço que segurava a faca, mas ele não a largou. Mas a minha função era só distraí-lo e Samuel passou a faca pelo pescoço daquele cretino fazendo jorrar sangue pecador.

Um bêbado tentou acertar uma cadeirada nas minhas costas, mas levou um tiro no pescoço. Devo minha vida ao pastor Silas, que é o mais hábil dos fiéis de Jesus que conheço.

Matamos todos e colocamos os porretes e facas nas mãos dos mortos para parecer que tinha sido uma briga costumeira de bêbados. E parece que deu certo.

Conseguimos uma Vitória em Cristo aquela noite, irmãos!
Mostramos que quando Deus está conosco, ninguém é pálio pra gente! Aleluia!

At work yesterday, my office had a Thanksgiving Potluck, where some people brought dishes from their countries of origin. We had Mexican, Iraqi, and Chinese dishes along with traditional American Thanksgiving food. The best dish was the shrimp ceviche, Sinuhe (my co-worker) Style, which was just shrimp in a lemon/habenero pepper sauce with cut tomatoes, cucumbers, and so on. My second favorite was the Iraqi meat and okra dish which was in a tasty sauce, prepared by my co-worker Muna. Before the shrimp actually got to the serving table, Sinuhe and I had a few to show people that it was okay to eat raw shrimp. Shit was hella good.

Directions:

1. Bite shrimp up to point where headshell ends.
2. If you get legs in your bite, eat them anyway.
3. Suck the juices out of the headshell.
4. Throw the headshell out.
5. Realize what you have been missing in life.

Throughout lunch we made sure that we convinced all the weary to eat the raw shrimp and no one was unhappy with the dish after they tasted it. Some of the girls were even saying that they loved to suck the head, which turned into something a lot nastier, but you know.

June Getting Some of That Good Ass Raw Shrimp

I left work at 3:30 yesterday to head up to San Jose with my co-worker Manuel and his boyfriend Leo. We actually took the 2 to the 210 to avoid traffic. We passed by the aftermath of the fires in Sylmar, which humbled us all a little bit when we saw houses burned down to the ground. I was taking shots in the car on the way up but most of them sucked. I liked this one though.

Even though I am from San Francisco, my friends need to go to Saratoga in the morning so I asked my cousin Kris, who lives in downtown San Jose while he attends San Jose State University, if we could spend the night there. When we got there, Kris and I started fucking with the Hookah as I drank a can of MGD: Charcoal Filtered…yum…sike. We were also blowing some smoke bubbles with the contraption in the “WTF!!” picture below.

Directions:

1. Take a hit of the hookah.
2. Dip the half bottle into the bubble soap.
3. Blow the smoke into the mouth of the half bottle and make a bubble.
4. Twist your wrist and pull the half bottle away.
5. Watch your smoke bubble and be proud of your achievement.
6. Go to the bar and get wasted.

So after smoking the very thick hookah, we decided to go to the bars in Downtown San Jose. The first bar we went to was playing rock music mixed by some unknown DJ. The music was way too loud but the beers were reasonably priced ($5). There was no cover either. The second bar was better but similar because they had no cover and $5 beers. The music and the DJ was better at the second bar. I wish I had names of these bars but I don’t pay attention to that shit. Downtown San Jose is a pretty cool place to party, even on a Thursday night, with a bunch of newer bars and clubs.

Kris and I went to go have breakfast at this spot across the street from SJSU. I got a huge plate of hash browns, eggs, toast, and sausages for less than $4. It was pretty good too. We then took a little walk through SJSU to a statue of the scene from the 1968 Olympics where Tommie Smith and John Carlos gave the Black Panther salute while they received their Gold and Bronze medals, respectively.

After getting back to my cousin’s hometown, I wanted to try to take advantage of the great views offered in Pacifica. I didn’t get much this time but I will be in the Bay Area for a week, so I will have my second chance. I did get to see a castle style house or building that was out of nowhere.

First two days in the Bay almost done…

I really don’t know why, but i love the friday before thanksgiving! Its the start of the holiday and my parents keep talking about our holiday plans and im just SO excited!! plus i get to cram a ton of yummy food into my belly

Surprisingly, i had an amazing dinner last night. I thought I wouldn’t because there weren’t any vegetarian options except for the salad bar, which I thought would just consist of iceberg lettuce. Boy was I totally wrong! The salad bar was amazing!! I filled my salad with mixed greens, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, broccoli, chickpeas, kidney beans, corn, peas, onions, cucumbers and some sort of really really good cheese! I also drizzled a little bit of what I think was Italian dressing. My tummy was happily stuffed! Before dinner I snacked on Trader Joe’s Key Lime Yogurt, a huge honey crisp apple and some PB&C White Choc. Peanut Butter..but i forgot to take a picture of the peanut butter. After the banquet I was kind of hungry so I had a granola bar - pumpkin flavor Funny thing is, I hate pumpkin, but i LOVE the flavor of pumpkin.

This morning I woke up at 5:15 to work out && shower. I got a great 27 minute workout will working One Tree Hill on the elliptical. After I got ready for school, I was in the mood for a hearty breakfast. But, my mom is sensitive in the morning and hates when I make eggs. I knew I had a tomato left in the fridge that needed to be consumed and same with the scallions. So i made a breakfast sandwich consisting of a Rudi’s bagel with a slice of cheddar cheese, tomatoes and scallions. I also had the last red pear Not pictured: my typical calcium bears.

Since I was out of fresh veggies, my snacks were blue diamond almonds and a larabar Cinnamon Roll Bar (which I re-reviewed). I love almonds - they were really filling too!

When I got home from school, I drove to the grocery store to stock up for the week. I also when to the pharmacy and picked up my pre-workout snack. I have seen these protein bars on other blog cites and decided I wanted to try one. I bought the peanut butter flavor and the s’mores. The list of ingredients is rather long and i dont know what half the stuff is, but it didn’t have any HFCS or hydrogenated oils so I decided to try it. In all honesty, it tasted like your typical protein bar that was kinda chalky. I dont think I’d get it again, but it did keep me feeling full until dinner.I realized that I hadn’t had ANY vegetables all day, except for the two small slices at breakfast. Needless to say, I needed to catch up. As a result, I made a HUGE stir-fry. And when I say huge, I mean HUGE! It was one of those huge dinner plates just toppled with broccoli, carrots, sugar snap peas and waterchesnuts. I also had Brussels Sprouts with a little bit of soy/teriyaki sauce. It was super good and rather filling. Oh there was also Trader Joe’s Vegan Chick’n strips. Those really completed the meal for me! And to finish off the meal I had the last honeycrisp apple and the LAST OF THE WHITE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER I am SO sad. My dad said he would take me to Shop Rite so I can pick some up (Im planning on getting the Dark Chocolate if they have it!)So that about sums everything up! I ended up getting a 90 on my french test. Not too shabby! Now I am off to go do the APUSH essay so I hopefully have it done by saturday night Have a great evening! Be safe

The first time when I heard my Sottish friend said that in Scotland people fry chocolate bars and sell them in shops, I had to ask her three times to make sure that she wasn’t kidding me.

In Scotland people fry Mars bars in a type of batter commonly used for deep frying fish (as in fish and chips), which was for me hard to imagine (not to mention if it’s healthy or even tasty). This artistically furnished and definitely very Scottish pub serve a deep fried Mars bar in puff paste and ice cream.  And it’s actually quite good!

Ορμώμενος από την ημέρα (ναι φίλε αναγνώστη σήμερα που γράφω το άρθρο είναι Παρασκευή), έχω αναλωθεί στην έρευνα για το ποιό θα είναι το μέρος που θα σέρνω το πόδι μου μπρός-πίσω όλο το βράδυ σε ψόφια σκοτεινά ακούσματα.

Και με ρωτάς εσύ νέο τέκνο της νύχτας, έχοντας όρεξη να μάθεις που μπορείς να πάς να γκοθιάσεις, “ποιά είναι τα μαγαζιά που μπορώ να πάω και να γουστάρω?”.

Καλά το καταλάβατε, θα ακολουθήσει μια ακόμα αναφορά στα μπαράκια που συγκεντρώνεται ο υπέροχος σκοτεινόκοσμος της Αθήνας.

Ξεκινάμε από τη Rebound όπου εδρεύει στην πλατεία Αττικής. Ένα μαγαζί από τα πιο κλασσικά της πόλης μιάς και βρίσκεται εκεί ένας θεός ξέρει ποσα χρόνια. Ίσως να πρόκειται για την μοναδική dark disco της πόλης, με μοναδική σκοτεινή ατμόσφαιρα και  εξαιρετικά ενδιαφέρουσες προσωπικότητες να γεμίζουν τα ίδια τραπέζια από την ημέρα των εγκαινίων και την ξύλινη πίστα του. Σίγουρα ένα μέρος που πλέον θεωρείται cult, αν δεν το έχετε επισκευτεί να πάτε χωρίς να το φιλοσοφήσετε.

Μεταφερόμαστε στο Περιστέρι όπου επί της Θηβών θα συναντήσετε νη είσοδο του Dark Sun και περνώντας την θα βρεθείτε σε ένα μοναδικά σκοτεινό περιβάλλον. Η εξαιρετικά ατμοσφαιρική μουσική θα καλύψει κάθε σκοτεινή φαντασίωση σας και σίγουρα θα μείνετε ικανοποιημένοι για την απόφασή σας να περάσετε το βράδυ σας στο μαγαζί.

Η επόμενη στάση μάς είναι το εδώ και μερικά χρόνια πυκνοκατοικημένο Ψυρρή. Το Dada βρίσκεται πλέον εκεί (οι παλαιότεροι θα το θυμούνται στα εξάρχεια), και θα προσφέρει στα ταλαιπωρημένα αυτιά σας μία μεγάλη γκάμα από ακούσματα, από κλασσικά metal κομμάτια μέχρι ατμοσφαιρικές γκοθιές και ελαφριά ηλεκτρονική σκοτεινή μουσική. Το μαγαζί είναι καταπληκτική ιδέα για να μαυρίσετε ένα βράδι σε ένα πιό χαλαρό μπάρ που μπορείς να αράξεις σε ένα τραπέζι να πιείς τα ποτά σου και να μιλήσεις με την παρέα σου.

Για όσους γούσταραν στην ιδέα της ηλεκτρονικής γκοθοπόρωσης, πάς στο Γκάζι κοντά στις γραμμές του τρένου, βρίσκεις το Second Skin, πληρώνεις το εισητήριο μπαίνεις μέσα και γουστάρεις. Καθαρή ατόφια μασίφ ΕΒΜ και noise μουσική και πολύς κόσμος να γουστάρει. Κάτι καλό ακόμα: Κουράστηκες τις ηλεκτρογκοθιές και θές να πα να darκάρεις? Κανένα πρόβλημα και κανένα επιπλέον εισιτήριο! Πάς προς την τουαλέτα κουτρουβαλάς στις σκάλες και βρίσκεσαι στο δευτερο stage του μαγαζιού. Καλά φίλοι μου κοράκια όταν μπήκα πρώτη φορά εκεί μέσα μάσησα! Μιλάμε τα άτομα έχουν φτιάξει ένα $#@άτο καθαρόαιμο darkάδικο ΑΚΡΙΒΩΣ όπως πρέπει να είναι. Αστα να πάνε λέμε το μέρος θα πά να βάλω ένα ράτζο να μείνω εκεί.

Αφού καήκαμε εκεί τραβάμε μέχρι την Ιπποκράτους και χωνόμαστε στο Underworld (το παλίο Texas..). Λοιπόν, έχουν κάνει καλή δουλειά στο χώρο αλλά σαν το παλίό δεν είναι με τίποτα. Το προφίλ του μαγαζιού έχει αλλάξει και με το πέρασμα των ημερών αρχίζει να δομείται η νέα του προσωπικότητα. Το μέρος είναι ιδανικό από την άποψη ότι χρειαζόταν ένα μπάρ (όχι club, ΜΠΑΡ!) που να παίζει ηλεκτρονική dark και να σου δίνει την δυνατότητα αν πορωθείς να αρχίζεις να κοπανιέσαι στην πίστα, ενώ έχει κρατηθεί ο θεσμός των events. Αλλά το ωραίο δεν τελειώνει εκεί.. Στο πίσω μέρος του μαγαζιού υπάρχει μια αρκετά ετοιμόρροπη σκάλα. Άν την ανέβεις, θα βρεθείς στο δεύτερο stage του μαγαζιού (όλε με τα δεύτερα stages!) που φυσικά είναι ένα ακόμα υπέροχο darkάδικο τυλιγμένο με δερματίνη και φως κεριών. Υπέροχο πραγματικά έιναι τέλειο να σέρνεις τα πόδια σου στο νεκροχορευτικό σου και να βλέπεις από την τζαμαρία τα άτομα του πρώτου stage να κοπανιούνται σε τελείως άλλη μουσική.

Σε πιάσαν τώρα οι ροκαμπιλιές σου. Τράβα μέχρι το Texas Necropolis (το παλιό Underworld..) καρφώσου μέσα και γούσταρε. Το σκηνικό είναι όπως ήταν το παλιό underworld και έχει μεταφερθεί ο κόσμος του Texas και η κλασική μουσική του.

Αν έχεις όρεξη για μεταμεσονύχτια ταξιδάκια ξαμολήσου μέχρι την Πεντέλη και άραξε μέσα στην Κρύπτη. Μπαίνεις μέσα και πατάς πάνω σε σπαθιά, βλέπεις πανοπλίες, ακούς κλασσικές μεταλλιές και πάνω από όλα είναι το πρώτο μαγαζι που είχε για ντεκόρ τον Gandalf! Το προτείνω για να ξεκινήσεις την νύχτα σου.

Φίλε γκοθά, αν αποφασίσεις να τα γυρίσεις όλα αυτά σε μία νύχτα είσαι θεός, θα περάσεις #@μώ, θα ξοδέψεις πολλά λεφτά, και θα γίνεις λιώμα. ΑΝ το κάνεις σε παρακαλώ στείλε μου mail να μου πείς τι έπαθες.

Kristin and I made this for the first time over a year ago, we found it through Taste of Home magazine.  It is delicious beyond belief. 

Ingredients:

• 1 tube (16-1/2 ounces) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
• 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
• 1/2 cup cold milk
• 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 3/4 cup chopped nuts
• 3/4 cup English toffee bits or almond brickle chips
• 3 squares (1 ounce each) semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 3 tablespoons butter

Directions:

Let dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften. Press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. 

Spread caramel topping over crust. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in the whipped topping, nuts and toffee bits. Spread over caramel layer. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.

In a microwave, melt chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Drizzle over pudding layer. Cut into squares.

Yield: 16 servings

” Bütün takım” toplanıp tatile gidildiği bile oluyor. Kapıdan her girenin bardaki kalabalık tarafından tezahüratla karşılandığı bu yerde, geç kalanlarsa mazeret bildiriyor. Son derece dinamik ve yaygaracı bir ortamı var.
